Consult with all classroom teachers on any prior year s at risk students in their respective classrooms (encourage teachers to reach out early and create positive relationships with at risk students) Additional data disaggregation on needs assessment, discipline data, attendance data, SOL data, crisis management (review goals, action plans, are there any adjustments needed?) SIP review & confirm school counseling goals align with SIP (again, adjustments needed?) Walk-A-Thon (PTA event, counselor volunteers & participates. (Includes afterschool after school celebration/intervention) 30 th April 3 rd Spring Break Character Pillar (responsibility) Special Education Panther Panel (HS students speak to our 5 th grade SPED students about middle and high school.
