A a reult of pecialized training in art, antique, jewelry and gem identification, he erved a the FBI invetigative expert in thi field. During hi 20 year career with the FBI he recovered more that $225 million worth of tolen art and cultural property reulting in the proecution and conviction of numerou individual. In 2005, he wa intrumental in the creation of the FBI rapid deployment Art Crime Team. He wa named a the ACT Senior Invetigator and intructed the team member in how to conduct cultural property invetigation. He ha repreented the United State around the world conducting invetigation and intructing international police and mueum in invetigation, recovery and ecurity technique. Duke Farm Viion Plan, Hillborough, Someret County The Dori Duke Charitable Foundation and the Duke Farm Foundation have developed an exciting viion plan for the tranformation of Duke Farm, a magnificent 2,700-acre property created by indutrialit Jame Buchanan Duke. 11 Hunterdon County Diviion of Road, Bridge, and Engineering One example of Hunterdon County commitment to the hitoric rehabilitation of it hitoric bridge i the work completed on the 1878 Roemont-Raven Rock Road Bridge, a wrought iron and cat iron Pratt through tru bridge in Delaware Townhip. A econd example i the Stanton Station Road Bridge in Raritan and Readington Townhip, a ingle-pan tru upported on random ahlar abutment. Both retoration project emphaized improving phyical condition while retaining original material and context of the original bridge deign. The Paramount at the Beacon, Jerey City, Hudon County Originally built a a nure dormitory, the Paramount i one high-rie on a 12-acre former hopital complex built between 1928 and It exterior and firt two floor are protected by a hitoric preervation eaement. The elaborate interior combine Art Deco detailing with International Style planar urface. It adaptive reue created 231 unit of market-rate houing. Innovation Rehabilitation of the Screen Houe at the Red Mill Mueum Village, Clinton, Hunterdon County The Screen Houe erved a a cruhed tone orter during the complex quarry operation period which began in Cloed for many year due to deterioration and afety concern, the building recently reopened with a new tair, obervation deck and rehabilitated the mechanical equipment that operate an interactive exhibit. The project wa funded in part by a grant from the New Jerey Cultural Trut. Special Award Garry Wheeler Stone For hi dedication to the hitoric development of the Monmouth Battlefield State Park in Manalapan, Monmouth County Garry Wheeler Stone wa ynonymou with Monmouth Battlefield for 25 year. When Garry arrived at Monmouth Battlefield the Viitor Center wa tale, the diplay didn t work, the building were crumbling, the landcape had lot it hitoric character, and our knowledge of the ebb and flow of battle wa unure. Through Garry alway energetic effort, we have a deep undertanding of the event of the battle. The Battlefield itelf ha been enlarged through new acquiition, the landcape ha been retored, building have been preerved, and a wonderful new viitor center with new exhibit make Monmouth Battlefield a detination within New Jerey Park Sytem.
