5 Business Model We are not looking for initial investment from the partner company. Key elements to chose partner includes: Business activities and Resources in the country of partnership To penetrate into local market with added support of partner. To sell Bilytica services and products in local market Responsibilities of Bilytica Responsibilities of Partner Training : Training of partner resources to be able to conduct business in local market. Account Manager once business expands. Pre-sales Team: Bilytica involves its Pre-sales Team with Partner Presales team in order to write Proposals and Quotations Project Management: All Project delivery and management is Bilytica' responsibility and Bilytica brings its team to deliver project and get the Co pletio Ce tifi ates f o clients Writing Technical and Commercial Proposals Implementation of Project and Getting Completion Certificates from Clients Getting a strong good feedback from Clients Support & Maintenance Visas Support (Resident, Business, Temporary as required by business. Sales Team: Partner has sales team to bring RFPs and New Prospects Account Management: Partner team is involved in Account a age e t to upsell a d to a age lie t s e pe tatio s from the project. 6 Business Model Pricing & Proposal Margins of Partner :Usual margins of varies from 15% to 25% but we ensure to keep average of 20% most of the time. Project Proposal: Following process is followed in normal proposals Partner received RFP or New Prospects from market or its sales team. Partner forward the RFP to Bilytica if it is in English. In case it is in any other language, Partner team translates the RFP and sends the English version to Bilytica. Bilytica pre-sales team write the proposal with help of Professional Services (PS) team of Bilytica. Bilytica submits the proposal with its prices to Partner. Partner adds its margin on top of Bilytica price with prior knowledge of Bilytica (keeping in mind the %margin agreed )and submit the proposal to Client
7 Contract Sign-off If you agree with all conditions mentioned in the above slides, please find the legal document that mentions details: Please revise the contract to the latest day and with your company and region information. Sign at the end of the contract and send it back to Bilytica. Bilytica will counter sign the contract. Once contract signed, we would require some identification documents to keep in back up like company registration details, Passport copies of the heads etc. Bilytica is willing to share the same with the partner for security reasons.
