2 2. GETTING STARTED There s 4 easy ways to download the latest version of MO-Call app for your Android devicefrom your Web Browser, from the Play Store, from MO-Call website, and via the QR code. 1. Web Browser Open your phone s internet browser, search for MO-Call and you ll find the application for download. 2. Play Store Open the Play Store app from your mobile, then type in MO-Call and you ll be redirected to download from the Play Store. 3. MO-Call Website If you go directly to our site: you can select Download for Android to the download link from the Google Play Store 4. QR Link Scan the QR code above with a QR reader. This will direct you to the MO- Call app download at the Play Store. 5. Install and follow the installation instructions. 6. Open MO-Call Open MO-Call from the app menu. New users need to Register. Otherwise Sign In. Please have in mind that you need to have a MO-Call account to be able use the MO-Call app.you can Create a new Account by registering from our website: REGISTER OPEN APP AND SIGN IN page 2 page 3

3 4. HOW TO MAKE CALLS 1. LET MO-CALL MANAGE ALL YOUR CALLS 2. USING MO-CALL FOR YOUR CALLS 1. Log in to your account To be able to use MO-Call for cheap international calls you have to log in to your MO-Call account. Please have in mind that you need to register a MO-Call account, to be able to login to the application. 2. Make all international calls with MO-Call You can set the MO-Call app to run discreetly in the background of your handset. So when you use the native dialer or contact list to call an international number on, MO-Call can re-route your call onto our low cost network. To set MO-Call to intercept all your international calls, just go to >Settings-> Check option Intercept phone calls 3. Make a call You are now set-up to call directly from your phone and phonebook. MO-Call will intercept any international phone calls and reroute these as MO-Calls. Please have in mind that you must dial the number in international format: [country code] [area code] [destination number] eg or Making calls directly from the MO-Call app You have a few ways to make your calls directly from the MO-Call app. Call a) Dial the number from the dialpad. Press Call. Contacts b) Choose the contact from your Contact List. Call History c) and from Call History. Remember you must dial the number in international format: [country code] [area code] [destination number] 5. Don t forget the country code! Don t forget the country code for any number you dial in both cases. For example, a call to the UK requires the prefix +44 or Full list of country codes can be found on the rates page. Different Call options available After you dial the number and press the Call button, a pop-up message will appear, offering you up to four modes for placing a call. 4 6. DIFFERENT CALL OPTIONS Whether you use the native dialer or the MO-Call app, you will be given the option to connect your call. After you dial the number and press the Call button, a pop-up message will appear, offering you up to four modes for placing a call. The 4 modes are: MO-Call Direct MO-Call CallBack MO-Call VoIP Call Regular Call You can also see the prices so you can select the best way you want to make your call. MO-Call runs discreetly in the background. When you dial an international number, MO-Call re-routes your call onto our low cost network. NATIVE DIALER MO-CALL APP page 6 page 7

5 8. MO-CALL VoIP CALLS VoIP (Voice over IP) is the cheapest way available to make international calls. To make a VoIP call, you have to be signed in with MO-Call account with enough credit to make a Standard Call. You will also need an internet connection, either via WiFi or 3G. 1. Preparing for a VoIP call For a VoIP call to work, go to >Settings>Enable VoIP. Wait for MO-Call to connect to MO-Call VoIP server. 2. Making a VoIP call (DIALER) If you dial the number from phone s dialer, a pop-up message will appear, offering you up to four modes for placing a call. In any country you will see MO-Call VoIP in the lower half of the list with information if the VoIP server is ready. 3. Make a VoIP call (APP) You can dial the number using MO-Call integrated dialer and punch in the number you want- also you can select it from your phonebook. Then press Call. Choose MO- Call VoIP. You can be in any country for this to work, just be sure that your provider is not blocking VoIP traffic, and that you are registered to MO-Call VoIP server. 6 10. MO-CALL DIRECT Call Direct is a combination of your inclusive local minutes and then a cheap MO-Call When you make a call in Call Direct you are connected through a MO-Call Local number. The total call cost will be the Local call plus the MO-Call Standard rate. Home calls can only be made from one of the 40 MO-Call Home countries. If your contract includes bundled local minutes then calling a local MO-Call will be free. 1. Using MO-Call Direct If you dial the number directly from phone s dialer, a pop-up message will appear, offering you up to four modes for placing a call. If you are in a Home country, you will see MO-Call Call Direct at the top of the list with information on what access line will be used for Call Direct. 2. Call Direct via MO-Call app You can also open the MO-Call app then find your contact then press Call. Then select CallDirect. You have to be in a Home country for this to work. Call Direct is a big feature of MO-Call. It works within the MO-Call App triggered when you press Call Direct when calling your international mobile number. So why is it good? Many MO-Callers get bundled minutes with their contract to free local calls. For example in the UK you can get 200 minutes per month for 10. With these monthly free minutes from your operator, you can make a local access MO-Call saving you money on the first stage of your call effectively using up your minutes bundle. Think of Call Direct as 2 parts: a Free Call and then a MO-Call The MO-Call app calls a local number in this case the MO-Call UK number is This first leg of the call is now considered FREE to you. We then connect our MO-Call services to the international number. This 2nd leg is the MO-Call cost which is really cheap. So calling say, UK mobile to India mobile using Call Direct will cost you = Free pence/min. You can try a test call as it should be free and you are halfway to making international MO-Calls. 7 12. MAKING CALLBACK MO-CALLS In this mode, the app sends a message to request a CallBack to connect 2 numbersusually the first is your own mobile number. Your phone will then ring and when you answer it, the call is connected to the second number. CallBack calls can be made in any country. If you are not in a Home country and you cannot use VoIP for any reason, CallBack is the best option. 1. Specify CallBack number Before you start making CallBack calls, you have to configure the application properly. First you need to specify on which number you would like to take a call. Enter that number (including international code) in the CallBack at field. Making a call from/to a landline number is often cheaper. If you re in roaming, you will avoid roaming fees by using MO-Call to direct the CallBack away from your roaming mobile and taking the call on a local number. 2. CallBack invoked by When you place the call, MO-Call can request a CallBack by either SMS or by Internet. Internet is the cheapest option in most cases, usually free and more reliable. To make an Internet request for CallBack, you have to be logged into MO-Call application. If you have no internet connection, MO-Call can request the CallBack by sending a SMS instead. You will be charged additionally by your mobile network operator for sending international SMS. 3. Making a CallBack call If you dial the number from phone s dialer, a pop-up message will appear, offering you up to four modes for placing a call. In any country you will see MO-Call Callback in the upper half of the list with information on how CallBack will be invoked. After you select that option, MO-Call sends a message and requests the CallBack. Wait a few seconds and your phone will ring. When you answer this call, you ll be connected automatically to the number that you have dialed. Connect 2 numbers with CallBack page 12 page 13

SENDING SMS Also you can send international SMS to up to 10 people from the PC app and the MO-Call website You can use your MO-Call credit to send cheap international SMS from your Android phone. There are two ways to do this. For each of them, you have to be logged in into your MO- Call account. 1. From MO-Call menu You can send a message from MO-Call s menu once you are logged in to your MO-Call account. Press the option Message and choose SMS. Input the number in international format in the field Send message to, or select the number from your phonebook. Type in the message text and hit Send. 2. From phone contact list You can send message from MO-Call s Contacts option. Just choose one contact, select SMS. Just type in the message and hit Send. page 14 page 15

FREE VOIP CALLS AND FREE IM MESSAGES FINDING YOUR FRIENDS FREE CALLS & MESSAGE TO MO-CALLERS MO-Call also gives you the option to make free calls over VoIP and send free IM messages to other MO-Call users. In order to use this option, first you need to add your fellow MO-Callers as your MO-Call contacts. 1. Add Contacts Go to the top right menu, and select Add IM contact. Then, type the username, address or number of the MO-Call contact you wish to add, press Search. Select your contact from the list of results. You ll see a pop up message: Do you want to add this person as a friend? Choose OK. Your friend will receive a Friend request from you. When the friend request is accepted, you ll be able to make Free VoIP calls and IM messaging to your friend whenever this person is online. 2. FREE CALLS & MESSAGE TO MO-CALLERS From the Menu, go to Contacts, and select MO-Call from the upper tabs. Choose the contact you want to call, and then select Free Call (VOIP) option. For Free IM messaging, choose the Free message (IM) option, from the same menu. Please have in mind that in order to make VoIP calls or send IM messages, you will also need Internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or via 3G. All VoIP calls strictly rely on internet connection for a good quality. Please make sure you re using an internet connection that is strong and stable.
