4 Our customers Case studies Morrisons, are one of the UK s largest grocery chains with more than 400 stores across the UK welcoming around 10 million shoppers each week. Following a decision to upgrade store systems infrastructure Morrison s selected BT Expedite in partnership with Retail Response for implementation and support of a new wireless network solution. The introduction of the new hand-held stock management system enables the stores to minimise paper based administrative functions and spend more time serving customers. In early 2011 Retail Response were engaged by BT Expedite to provide WLAN deployment services to 16 new Morrison s stores across the UK. Planning, configuration, installation and testing of Wi-Fi networks were all carried out on time and within budget. Subsequent RF surveys and provision of detailed coverage analysis in the form of individual location maps ensures optimum network performance. White Stuff is a rapidly expanding UK fashion retailer with stores throughout the UK. White Stuff required a trustworthy, dependable and capable EPoS support provider to resolve I.T. hardware problems in a timely and professional manner.
