Department: CFC Title Services Location: Hub Midland, with regional support services CFC Title Services, Inc. provides real estate title insurance for both property owners and lenders, both policy types start with a title commitment. A commitment is created by a Title Examiner reviewing the chain of title to the real property and creating a list of action items that need to happen in order to assure the owner is buying the property free and clear of liens. A commitment also assures the lender of the priority of the mortgage they are granting on the real property. We also offer Settlement or Escrow Services whereby a settlement statement is prepared which outlines the costs and fees associated with either a new purchase or the refinancing of property already owned by the borrower.
Department: Facility Management Location: Hub Midland, maintenance support in each region Corporate Facilities works in unison with all areas of the bank to provide convenient, safe, clean, and cost-efficient locations for our customers and employees. Department: Loan Service Center The Loan Service Center (LSC) is comprised of several departmental teams, each responsible for a vital aspect of the loan process. Each loan is reviewed to ensure integrity and compliance with the Bank's policies and Federal regulations. The LSC is responsible for entering loans and validating that information as well as processing all maintenance, amendments, renewals, auto transfers, extensions, floorings, payoff quotes, and servicing loans sold to investors.
