THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE 5 Assisting Jean-Louis Bouchard, the founder and chairman of Econocom, the group s management board is driven by entrepreneurship, innovation, and the sharing of skills and information, values which enable it to bounce back and rise to new challenges. Veronique di Benedetto, Deputy Managing Director and Country Manager France Veronique started out as an Account Manager at IBM. After working as a sales agent, she joined ECS Group in 1993 where she went on to become Managing Director in 2009. After the merger between Econocom and ECS, Veronique was appointed Deputy Managing Director of the new group and is in charge of operations in France. BOARD MEMBERSHIPS: - Executive Board Member of the Econocom Group SA/NV Board of Directors - Veronique has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Syntec Numerique, for the digital service company category Jean-Louis Bouchard, Chairman Jean-Louis Bouchard began his career in 1966 as an Account Manager at IBM and spent two years at IBM World Trade in New York. From 1971 to 1981 he founded and served as CEO of Informatiques Inter Ecoles. In 1973, he founded Europe Computer Systèmes (ECS), where he served as chairman until he sold his non-controlling interest to Société Générale in 1984. In 1982, he founded Econocom in Brussels and in 1985 became Chairman of the Board of Directors of Econocom International NV. In 1987, he was voted Entrepreneur of the Year by Challenges magazine. In October 2010, Jean-Louis Bouchard bought ECS Group back from Société Générale and merged it with Econocom Group. OTHER DIRECTORSHIPS AND COMPANIES FOUNDED: - Founder and shareholder of web site Mediapart along with Marie-Helène Wanneroy and Edwy Plenel - Laboratoires Audevard (pharmaceutical company that makes medication for horses): founded in 1985 - Chairman of SASU Château Fontainebleau du Var (a vineyard he purchased in 2009) - APL (data centre experts) - La Gare restaurant in Paris (set up June 1996 and managed until 2003) - Chairman-Founder of Ecofinance international Knight of the Legion d Honneur Knight of the Legion d Honneur Bruno Lemaistre, Managing Director Bruno began his career in 1981 with BRGM (Bureau de Recherches Geologiques & Minières) in South America. In 1983, he became an Account Manager with IBM, then in 1986 joined Promodata, where he was Sales Director, before serving as Managing Director for France of Comdisco Group in 1994 and Managing Director for Europe. When Promodata was bought out by Econocom, Bruno was in charge of Leasing in France, the UK and Germany, before being appointed Group Managing Director in 2006. He is in charge of the group s operations. BOARD MEMBERSHIPS: Bruno is Chief Executive Officer of Econocom Group SA/NV. Jean-Philippe Roesch, Managing Director Jean-Philippe began his career with Arthur Andersen, as an Auditor then manager. He joined Econocom Group at the end of 1989 as Chief Financial Officer for Econocom France. After heading up various subsidiaries within the group, he held a number of roles (Company Secretary of Econocom Group in 2001, Deputy Managing Director in 2003), culminating in his appointment as Group Managing Director in 2006. Jean-Louis Bouchard sells his stake in ECS France to Société Générale but buys back all the foreign subsidiaries and merges them with Econocom, an American SMB he had recently taken over. The subsidiaries and group are renamed "Econocom". Econocom Belgium listed on the secondary market of the Brussels Stock Exchange. In 1996 it was listed on the primary market. Acquires Asystel Belgium, making Econocom Distribution the leading IT distributor in Benelux. The group diversifies and sets up Econocom Telecom. Public exchange offer for Infopoint (distribution and service company) Acquires Comdisco-Promodata in France (administrative and financial IT asset management). Acquires Signal Service France. The group concentrates its business in 5 European countries: Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy. Econocom sells off its Swiss subsidiary and closes its financing operations in the US. Deploys its telecom offer by acquiring Avenir Telecom s Business division. The group continues to expand its telecoms business and buys out the Phone House France s Business division. Doubles its sales force in Italy when it acquires Tecnolease, an Italian IT leasing company. Acquires Databail, a French IT infrastructure financing company. Opens a nearshore remote service facility in Rabat, Morocco. 300 multilingual staff are hired. Société Générale sells ECS: Jean-Louis Bouchard buys back the company he set up over thirtyfive years before and merges it with Econocom. January 2012 Econocom increases its expertise in the cloud and virtualisation market by acquiring a 40% stake in Centix, a Belgian company that specialises in desktop and server virtualisation solutions. HIGHLIGHTS OF 2012 February 2012 Econocom joins IPSO Alliance (IP for Smart Objects), the leading international organisation promoting the use of the new generation Internet Protocol V6 for connected objects. March 2012 Econocom reports annual consolidated revenue of 1.580 billion, significantly exceeding annual guidance ( 1.4 billion) and recurring operating profit of 66.6 M. May 2012 Econocom continues its acquisitions policy by acquiring Tactem, a provider of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solutions.

OCTOBER 2012 7 Econocom finalises the acquisition of Ermestel, a pioneer and leader in the Spanish virtualisation solutions market, and Cap Synergy, a French systems integrator specialising in network and IT system security. Econocom sets up a dedicated smart solutions (Internet of Things) R&D programme in partnership with research institute ISMB in Milan (Istituto Superiore Mario Boella). The smart solutions market is growing rapidly, with some 20 billion connected objects expected by 2020, which will revolutionise companies technological infrastructures and IT systems. After vicube, Econocom announces the launch of its WaaS* offering, an innovative cloud-based workplace solution. *WaaS: Workplace as a Service September 2012 At an extraordinary General Meeting of the Econocom Group shareholders, it was decided to split the Econocom Group share by four. 2013 February 2013 Econocom builds on its security, network and communication expertise by acquiring French systems integrator Exaprobe. December 2012 Econocom finalises the acquisition of France Systèmes, France s leading Apple reseller in the enterprise and government market. April 2013 19 April: Econocom and Osiatis key shareholders begin exclusive talks for a possible alliance between the two groups. 24 April: Econocom announces its new strategic plan: Mutation 2013-2017. July 2013 1 July: Signing of agreements for the acquisition by Econocom of a majority stake in Osiatis share capital.
