For more than two decades, Chuck Onofry has practiced extensively in the areas of premises liability, including dram shop and negligent security, construction defect litigation, motor vehicle liability, motor carrier and common carrier liability and related coverage issues, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation (including construction defect) and appeals (to various state and federal courts).
