1 Scott C. Murray Esq. - BIOGRAPHY Scott C. Murray is a dedicated attorney, representing clients who have suffered injury due to the negligence of others. 2 Attorney Jason J. Guari Esq. - BIOGRAPHY Jason J. Guari is passionate about helping individuals and their families who have been injured due to the negligence of others. He exclusively handles personal injury and wrongful death matters involving vehicle accidents, dangerous products, and unsafe premises. Before entering private practice, Jason began his career as a Staff Attorney for the 15th Judicial Circuit Court of Palm Beach County. Thereafter, he joined the prominent insurance defense firm Kubicki Draper. That invaluable experience on the other side of the fence and the multiple cases he has tried are particularly helpful to plaintiffs and consumers who must now deal with powerful insurance companies and their attorneys. Jason earned his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1995 and his B.S./B.A. degree from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey in Jason is an active member of the Florida Bar, is a past Director of the Board of the Florida Justice Association (FJA) and is now an Eagle Contributor of the FJA. Scott earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, Magna Cum Laude. As a law student, he was a member of the Charles C. Papy Moot Court Board and he won the 2011 Ruby R. Vale Interschool Corporate Law Competition held in Wilmington, Delaware. He was also awarded the CALI Excellence For the Future Award in Florida Civil Procedure. Prior to law school, Scott attended the University of Florida. In 2009, he graduated with Honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history.
