Lamber DIRECTOR (602) Mr. Lamber, a Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent rated trial attorney (the highest peer-review rating), focuses his practice on plaintiffs catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation. He formed the Plaintiff Personal Injury Practice at Fennemore Craig and has spent the past 24 years developing and honing it. He is also the Chairperson of the Practice. Mr. Lamber is a senior member of Fennemore Craig, one of the largest firms in the southwest, and has served in multiple leadership roles. Mr. Lamber has been recognized locally, nationally and internationally as both an authority and a leader in the personal injury context. Mr. Lamber is committed to and involved in legal reform aimed at protecting the rights of children and innocent victims, the application of cutting-edge technology to enhance case value and resolution and the development of communication links to ensure that he and his team are available to clients on a 24/7 basis. Mr. Lamber and Mr. Goodnow were also named by the American Bar Journal as 12 of America s Techiest Lawyers. Mr. Lamber was part of a team, including a state legislator, who drafted new legislation that protects children exiting school buses. In 2015, Mr. Lamber was featured on the cover of and listed as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Arizona by Arizona Business Magazine. He was selected by his peers for inclusion in every edition of The Best Lawyers in America since Attorney at Law Magazine named him and his partner the #1 personal injury team in the U.S. In 2013, he was named as one of the Top Valley Lawyers in personal injury, one of only five total attorneys selected.
