Jason Tremont litigates all types of personal injury claims including sexual abuse of children, nursing home neglect and elder abuse, medical malpractice, auto accident cases, as well as those involving wrongful death, police chases, product liability, dog bites, and bad faith insurance practices. Town of Seymour, et al held the defendant town responsible for the failure of its off-duty police officer to stop a drunk driver, resulting in the death of Mr. Mahoney s client. In the case of Tim Doe v. St. Francis Hospital, the jury held the defendant hospital responsible for the sexual abuse of Mr. Mahoney s client by one of its doctors some 40 years earlier. - Mr. Mahoney is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. - He received his J.D. with Honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his A.B from the College of the Holy Cross.

Timothy Ramsey joined Tremont Sheldon Robinson Mahoney in 2010 as a law clerk and became an associate in Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ramsey worked as a legal intern in the Trial and Administrative Law Divisions of the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, where he worked on personal injury claims brought against the state of Massachusetts. Additionally, Mr. Ramsey worked as a student prosecutor at the Suffolk County District Attorney s Office in Boston, MA, where his responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of criminal cases and arguing various motions in court. - Mr. Ramsey received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Philosophy, summa cum laude, from Suffolk University and received his Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School. - While at Boston College, he was involved in the Public Interest Law Foundation and the Litigation & Advocacy Society.
