How many SMS will I get daily? The numbers of SMS you would receive on a day basically depends on the package you have selected and the calls that are initiated under that package on the daily basis. Though, indicatively one might get Under Technical Package, you may receive 10-14 sms a day Under Derivative Package, you may receive 8-12 sms a day Under Combo Package, you may receive 15-26 sms a day The above number is just indicative and might vary from time to time. 9. What are the payment options available for availing the sms packages? Currently, the payment for these packages would be done by directly debiting the clients bank account linked to the trading account. You can give a request online for activation of these services. On confirmation and acknowledgment, the respective amount would get debited to your bank account. 10. Will I also get the fundamental stock recommendations and reports in any of these packages? No. You would not get any fundamental research ideas or reports along with any of these SMS packages 11. What are the subscription charges for these packages? Are there any other charges or taxes applicable over and above subscription charges? This product is offered annually with 2 payment options: Half yearly and Yearly. Following are the subscription charges for respective packages based on the payment frequency selected: Subscription charges for the Annual Technical SMS Package: Half yearly Payment option: Rs. 1199 per 6 months. Annual Payment option: Rs. 1799 per year.
Subscription charges for the Annual Derivative SMS Package: Half yearly Payment option: Rs. 899 per 6 months. Annual Payment option: Rs. 1349 per year. Subscription charges for the Annual Combo SMS Package: Half yearly Payment option: Rs. 1499 per 6 months. Annual Payment option: Rs. 2249 per year. You could save upto 25% when you subscribe to Yearly Payment option. Select the combo Pack and additionally save over 28 % on the individual package charges. Please note these charges are excluding various taxes and statutory charges. Additional 14.5% tax is applicable over the subscription charges for every sms package 12. Which are the reports that I would get on my registered email id on subscription? Based on the package you have selected, you can get the following emails on your registered email id. Will I get the calls or recommendations on the email as well? No. You would get the calls/ stock research ideas through sms on your registered mobile number. Will I get any additional benefit or discount by selecting a Combo Package rather than buying both individual packages?
Yes. On selecting Combo Packs, you can get additional discount of over 28 % over the charges of the individual packs taken together. 16. What is the benefit of selecting yearly payment option? The benefit of selecting the yearly payment option is that you would get around 25% discounts over the half yearly payment option 17. What all information will be sent to me over the email? You can subscribe to any of these packages offline, by sending the duly filled and signed Research on SMS Application form and sending it to address mentioned in the form. You can download the Research on SMS Application Form from portal (AxisDirect> Customer Serivce> Download Centre > Research on SMS Application Form) You can also subscribe to your desired research package via call. Please call our customer care at 1800-210-0808 and request to subscribe for your desired research package. 24. Where should I send the Research on SMS application form? You need to send the duly filled and signed Research on SMS application form to the below mentioned address: Axis Securities Ltd. Unit No. 2, Phoenix Market City, 15, LBS Road, Near Kamani Junction, Kurla (west), Mumbai-400070. 25. Can I make the payment online or do I have to draw a cheque in favour of ASL? No. Post receiving your confirmation on the subscription, Payment towards the packages will be deducted from your linked Axis Bank account to the Trading Account. 26. When will my services get activated? Post subscription request, service for the desired research package will get started in 3 working days. 27. I have applied for the services online but it has not got activated yet. How can I know the status of the application? Ideally, the SMS facility would start in 3 working days once the request for the research sms pack is received by Axis Direct. How can I know the status of the application? Ideally, the SMS facility would start in 3 working days once the request for the research sms pack is received by Axis Direct. Currently, this service is only available to Resident Individual customers of AxisDirect. 30. Who can subscribe to this service? Currently, this service is only available to Resident Indian customers of AxisDirect.
31. I have applied for the services along with the account opening form but the services have not got activated yet. How can I know the status of the application? Ideally, the SMS facility would start in 3 working days from the time of opening the account. Please write to us at helpdesk@axisdirect.in to know the status of your subscription request. 32. I am not getting the smses on time. What can I do so that the smses are delivered to me on time? SMS sent under the research packages will be forwarded to the customers even though they are registered under the DND under their respective mobile service provider. Please note that, your DND type registered with your mobile subscriber should be 'Partial DND'/No DND with number is registered as DND. You have to take steps to deregister from the DND list. 33. How can I change my registered mobile number and email ID? To change your mobile number and/or email address, please visit 'View Update' profile section on AxisDirect.in. If you want to reflect these changes in your research package subscription, please write to us at heldesk@axisdirect.in post updating your details via 'View Update Profile' and we will make the necessary changes. 34. I have subscribed for the package but not getting any sms on my mobile. What should I do? SMS sent under the research packages will be forwarded to the customers even though they are registered under the DND service under their respective mobile service subscriber. Please note that, your DND type registered with your mobile subscriber should be 'Partial DND'/No DND with number is registered as DND. You have to take steps to deregister from the DND list. 35. I want to unsubscribe or deactivate these services. What is the process? Please write to us at helpdesk@axisdirect.in. Post receiving your request, your service for the selected research package will be de-activated within 3 working days post the date of request for the deactivation of SMS research package. You can subscribe to your favourite research package using following options:

My mobile is registered in DND, Can I still get sms if I subscribe to this service?
