Speaker bios David Eaton is a partner in the restructuring group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He concentrates his practice in the representation of debtors, financial institutions, bondholders, unsecured creditors and committees, in financial restructuring matters and bankruptcy planning, negotiation and litigation. He also represents purchasers of financially troubled companies. He has advised on numerous transactions in a wide range of industries, including consumer, real estate, manufacturing/industrial, healthcare, media and technology, energy, and transportation. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Warshauer was a Managing Director at Kroll Zolfo Cooper, where he focused on advising clients on operational issues, acquisitions and recapitalizations.
