and in the analysis of the political and economic environment surrounding the regional integration process. 1994 Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Washington, DC Summer Internship Program in the Project Analysis Department (PRA). Collaboration in the development of the idea that will hopefully lead to the creation of a Regional Fund for Science and Technology for the Agricultural Sector of Latin America and the Caribbean.
