The City Council established the Creative Quarter Company as agreed with Government in the City Deal negotiations. The Creative Quarter Company was set up in 2013 and has created energy and enthusiam for the project on the ground through engaging with businesses, property developers and cultural / events communities to galvanise support and momentum. Over 100 businesses have so far been supported or advised, a property strategy developed and events curated.
