1. THE EVENT The Automobile Club de l Île Notre Dame organizes the Canadian Grand Prix to be contested on Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, Notre-Dame Island, Montréal, on June 5, 6 and 7, 2015. This event is listed as such on the FIA Formula One World Championship Calendar. The members of the organizing committee are: Cindy Armstrong François Rémillard Iskandar Saikali The Support Series at the Canadian Grand Prix 2015 are: Ferrari Challenge Formula Tour 1600 Nissan Micra Cup 2. ORGANIZATION The event is organized in compliance with: The requirements of the FIA International Sporting Code including Appendices The ASN Canada FIA Regulations The Series regulations with appendices and bulletins The Supplementary regulations of the Event The Clerk of the Course may amend regulations or provide additional instructions at any time for reasons of safety or force majeure, or cancel or postpone the event or part thereof as circumstances dictate. The competitors concerned will be informed of such amendments either by flyers delivered to them or by posting on the Series notice board or at compulsory drivers meetings. These modifications shall have the same authority as these Regulations. The Series notice boards are located at each of the Support Series administration trailers. Entrants and drivers' meetings will be held at the discretion of the Clerk of the Course and/or the Series Stewards. Notices of such meetings will be posted on the Series notice board. Failure to attend will subject the offending driver/entrant to possible fines and/or sanction. 3. TRACK The races will be held on Le Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, a lap of which is 4.361 km. The running direction will be clockwise. Track access is forbidden to all motor vehicles before the start of the event. Track reconnaissance may be done by foot, bicycle, etc. The track will be closed on the afternoon of Thursday June 4th, from approximately 12:00 to 16:00 for FIA Safety and Emergency vehicles practice. 2

4. REGISTRATION Registration will be held at the ALT Hotel Montréal, Griffintown, 120 Rue Peel, Montréal. Wednesday June 3 rd 18:00 to 22:00 Thursday June 4 th 12:00 to 22:00 5. ENTRIES In submitting an entry for one of the Support Series, a competitor agrees to be bound by these regulations. 6. PASSES AND WAIVERS Personal access passes and vehicle parking passes will be given to each competitor and Series at registration. Access passes must be visible at all times and parking passes must remain in the vehicle when parked. Access passes and parking passes are available only at registration. Overcrew passes for guests will also be available at registration for the price of 100.00$ each. To receive an access pass to the event, all entrants, drivers, crew members and guests must sign the Release and waiver of liability form at registration. Series must return all signed waivers to the ACIND office located on the second floor of the building at corner post 12 prior to their first session on track. In order to facilitate traffic near ALT Hotel Montréal, race car trailers will be allowed to park in the paddocks before going to registration. 7. PADDOCK An area will be reserved in the paddock for each race car. The only vehicles allowed in the paddock area will be race car trailers and tow vehicles. Golf carts will also be accepted. All competitors are required to comply with directions given by the Paddock Marshals. The paddock can be accessed via the Pont des Îles / Casino route on: Wednesday June 3 rd 09:00 to 17:30 After that the paddock can only be accessed via the Chemin Macdonald / Pont Cosmos route. Be advised that as haulers descend from the Pont Des Îles to Chemin Macdonald, they must cross over to the left hand lane to negotiate the corner at the bottom of the descent. Access via this route can be made on: 3

Wednesday June 3 rd 17:30 to 20:00 Thursday June 4 th 09:00 to 20:00 Competitors arriving outside of the above hours will have to park on the road outside the entrance and are required to be present at 8 AM the next morning. On Sunday June 7th 2015, competitor s trailers will not be allowed to leave the circuit before 19:00 (7 PM), 3 hours after the end of the Formula One race. If any competitor decides to leave on their own, a fine of $5000.00 will be imposed to the Series concerned. It is strictly forbidden to dispose of motor oil anywhere on the island except in specially marked containers available for that purpose. Any breach of this regulation will be punishable by a fine or exclusion from the event at the discretion of the organizers. Excessive speed in the paddock and/or failure of drivers and crews to obey Paddock Marshal's instructions may result in exclusion from the event. There will be security in the paddock overnight. Motorhomes, campers, buses are not permitted on Notre-Dame Island or Ste-Hélène Island. Overnight sleeping on the Notre-Dame Island is not permitted. 8. PARKING A parking pass will allow you to park east of the paddock toward the Jacques Cartier Bridge. All passengers of a car having a parking pass must also have their own personal access pass before this car is allowed to access Notre-Dame Island. 9. PITS Drivers and crew members with proper credentials will only be allowed in the pit area during their own Series practice, qualifying and race sessions. This will be strictly enforced. Contraventions will result in exclusion from the event. A black flag or a black flag with an orange circle (meatball) could be shown at corner 11 (exit of hairpin). A driver receiving this warning must enter the pit lane immediately without initiating another lap. Competitors and crew members must comply with the applicable clothing regulation. Children under 16 years of age will not be permitted in the pit lane area, except for a competitor who has been issued a Junior Driver s licence. It is forbidden to smoke and/or vape in pit lane. 4

10. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS The entrant and driver shall be responsible for compliance with all the rules and regulations by all persons listed on their entry form. Any misdemeanor by a driver while acting as an entrant's representative shall not absolve the entrant from responsibility, and both entrant and driver shall face a possible penalty. The fact that a person has accepted or is wearing a pass issued to an entrant will be deemed to identify the person concerned with a particular entry and to imply that he must comply with the regulations Sale and/or distribution of any product not covered by a contractual agreement with the promoter is strictly forbidden. Any vehicle circulating on Notre-Dame Island must bear a valid pass issued by the organizer at registration. Except for service animals, no animals are permitted anywhere on Notre-Dame Island. In order to maintain a good relationship with nearby residents, engines are not to be run after 20:00 (8 PM) 11. INSURANCE All participants are covered by third party liability insurance. 12. CAR NUMBERS The organizers can demand that a car number be altered if its visibility is not satisfactory to track personnel (timing and scoring, marshals, etc.). 13. SCRUTINEERING AND SCALES All race cars must go through scrutineering and be approved by the Series scrutineers before being allowed on the track. Race cars must be presented off their trailer for inspection. Each Series will identify for the organizer the method to be used to verify that a car has passed scrutineering. Series Officials will decide the location of scrutineering and inform the competitors of each Series. Series' scales used at the track are considered the official scales of the event: that is, the weight shown by the scales is the official absolute weight for the event. 5

All observations made and data collected by the Scrutineers is private information and will not be shared with other competitors. This information is for the exclusive use of the Clerk of the Course and the appropriate Series Steward. 14. PRACTICE AND QUALIFYING Practice and qualifying sessions for each Series will be as per the official schedule. Cars will be placed on the starting grid according to their fastest qualifying time and according to the appropriate Series Regulations. The pole position shall be to the left of the first row, second place shall be to the right of the first row, third position shall be behind pole position and so forth. In the event that two or more drivers are unable to achieve any qualifying times, the driver who arrives first at false grid will be given priority. 15. START All support races starts will be rolling starts. There will be one pace lap behind a pace car. When possible, countdown sign boards (5 min, 3 min, 1 min) will be shown to the cars on the starting grid. 16. FALSE GRID SCHEDULE The organizer will provide each Series with 5 copies of the organizer s Minute by Minute stating, amongst other details, the time to present cars to the false grid. Generally, reporting times are as follows: For free practice and qualifying sessions: 45 minutes before the session False grid opens at Post #12 30 minutes before the session Moving from Post #12 towards Post #12B 10 minutes before the session Moving from Post #12B towards pits 5 minutes before the session False grid closes at Post #12 For races: 60 minutes before the session False grid opens at Post #12 30 minutes before the session Moving from Post #12 towards Post #12B 15 minutes before the session Moving from Post #12B towards pits 10 minutes before the session False grid closes at Post #12 Due to specific conditions related to the Schedule, the Series and the site, some variations may occur. 6

Any vehicle not on the false grid at time of closing will not be allowed to enter the track or take part in the session or race unless specifically authorized by the Clerk of the Course. To avoid accumulations of delays, from one session to another, the end of session time will always be observed. 17. RADIO COMMUNICATIONS Radio communications are under federal jurisdiction in Canada and it is illegal to install and/or use a radio transmitter without the proper authorization. Every frequency used must be registered with Industry Canada to avoid interferences resulting from the use of the same or nearby frequencies. The contact to obtain a valid radio frequency is M. STOPPING OF A RACE In case of force majeure, the race may be stopped by decision of the Clerk of the Course and/or the Series Steward concerned. The procedures applied will be that of the Series concerned. 19. FINISHING AND SCORING Results of qualifications and races will be posted on the official notice boards and will be supplied to Series directors. 20. PROTEST AND APPEAL Protests and appeals shall be made according to the procedures established by each Series. 7
