Supervised the provision of security to the borders (Blue Line) and the main entry point at the Border Crossing Point with Israel. Drafted and issued Battalion concept of operations 4

to sub units Issued and supervised the implementation of operational directives and instructions which included Command Policy Guidelines, administrative orders and communications instructions. Responsible for the organisation of Joint Multi-National Force training with the Lebanese Army as part of the UN mandate. Prepared proposals and papers for the Ghana Constitution Review Commission on some critical areas on the organization and roles of National Security Council and the Security and Intelligence Agencies Act for amendment. Also presented a paper on the same subject at a workshop organized by the Commission for stakeholders of the Security Sector on the 25 September 2010. Institutional Accreditation (September 2010). Prepared documents for the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre to secure Institutional Accreditation as a Tertiary Institution to run Post Graduate Courses from the National Accreditation Board.
