Freeman & Proctor established in 1949 to manufacture high quality tubular assemblies for supply to the International Aerospace, Specialist Automotive and Industry Equipment Markets. Freeman & Proctor operate from a modern, well equipped 30,000 sq./ft factory conveniently located near to the M6 motorway at Nuneaton, North Warwickshire, England. Our objective, to work with our customers to develop mutually successful business relationships through the implementation of Best - World Supply Chain Practices with regard to cost, quality, delivery, dependability and partnership working. Total commitment to the supply chain concept and lean manufacturing techniques has enabled Freeman & Proctor to build close working partnerships with existing customers by becoming an integral part of the total manufacturing process. Freeman & Proctor provide a wide range of Industrial Services including Supply Chain Integrator - Project Management - Manufacturing Operations Out Source Service. In-house services include CNC tube manipulation, fabrication, CNC machining, lathes and machining centres supplemented by tool making and prototype design & manufacturing. Welding & brazing of most ferrous and non-ferrous materials particularly stainless steel, nimonics and titanium alloys in addition to all commercial grades of steel. Non-destructive testing including fluorescent, and penetrant, flaw detection, air & hydraulic pressure testing, X-ray facilities and CNC measuring centres are available in-house. In-house computer aided design facilities exist to handle bespoke products and to jointly develop new products. Similarly, technical support is available to assist in specifying detail parts and to ensure value analysis techniques are fully utilised.
