Welcome to your Pacnet e-mail We have upgraded your e-mail service to a new platform one that provides your e- mail with more features than on the previous platform. We begin our upgrade with an improved Webmail interface. All your existing settings such as preferences (e-mail settings, password, etc.) and content (e-mails, address book, etc.) will remain intact. You will continue to have anytime anywhere access using Webmail or POP3 or IMAP4 1, and be protected from spam and viruses 2 delivered via e-mail. If you are accessing your mailbox using your PC/notebook computer (e.g., using Outlook, Outlook Express), there will be no change in the way you access your mailbox. There will be slight differences in the Webmail interface between the old and new platforms. Pacnet understands this may be disappointing news for our customers who have developed an attachment to the older interface, and appeals to the good sense of all customers. Technology progresses continuously and it is this same progress that brings us the always new and better standards and products we look forward to. We believe you will enjoy the new Webmail interface as it offers a more seamless user experience, and will allow us to introduce new, exciting features in the future. For your convenience, we have included a list of new features and changes in Webmail. If you have a question we have not addressed, please feel free to contact our customer support team at 6336 6622 (Consumer) or 6226 8668 (Corporate). At your service.
