1. Strong leadership Strong leadership provided by the founding Dean Prof. Robert C. Klemkosky Fred T. Greene Professor of Finance at Kelley School of Business of Indiana University. Dean Klemkosky has set the global standard in all academic and administrative matters and helps establish a very strong research culture in SKK GSB. I envision an MBA program modeled on the best American and European MBA programs. I think globalization will play a big role in the program, as will promoting team work and experiential learning. It will not entail professors standing in front of a class lecturing, but instead will foster interaction between the faculty member and the MBA students. 4

3. Strategic collaboration with MIT Sloan Strategic collaboration with MIT Sloan School of Management SKK GSB has entered into a strategic collaboration with MIT Sloan. The collaboration will last for eight years until 2011, and this project consists of three main components; - Faculty development: Faculty members will be sent to Sloan until 2011. -Student development: Visit to Sloan to spend a part of their second year - Teaching by Sloan faculty in Seoul 6
3. Strategic collaboration with other top MBA schools - SKK GSB students have the option of spending part of their second year in a prestigious overseas business school. In addition to partner MIT Sloan School of Management, SKK GSB has secured exchange arrangements with Northwestern Kellogg, Michigan Ross, Indiana Kelley, and Columbia Business School. - SKK GSB is actively developing partnerships with other highly regarded U.S. business schools. 7
