This Statement of Fact (SOF) has been approved by both and IBM. Partnership Software, the leader in business intelligence solutions for IT professionals, and IBM Global Technology Services, the world s largest technology services and consulting provider have announced a partnership that assists customers with the discovery and design phases of planning the "smarter workplace" infrastructure enabling improved ways to deliver applications to end users regardless of device type. The approach leverages desktop virtualization (VDI), application virtualization, cloud delivery models, and mobility development platforms. Software, the leader in business intelligence solutions for IT professionals, and IBM Global Technology Services, the world s largest technology services and consulting provider have announced a partnership that assists customers with the discovery and design phases of planning the "smarter workplace" infrastructure enabling improved ways to deliver applications to end users regardless of device type. The approach leverages desktop virtualization (VDI), application virtualization, cloud delivery models, and mobility development platforms. Under terms of the agreement between the companies, IBM Global Technology Services professionals worldwide may use Software s SysTrack to support and accelerate virtualization deployment opportunities in desktop assessments delivered as part of the IBM Smart Business Desktop portfolio of services. SysTrack is embedded in IBM s Smart Migration and Application Delivery methodology which provides a comprehensive planning approach for Windows, mobility and virtualization planning. Third party virtualization solutions supported by these services include Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp, VMware View, Virtual Bridges Verde, Quest, AppSense and App DNA. The agreement between IBM and authorizing IBMs use of the SysTrack tools to provide services was executed in July 2008.
