Participation offer - Dakar 2014: RACE CAR RENTAL Includes: Excludes: Rental SAM- Mercedes 30 D CC diesel, complying T1 Cross Country Regulations 285/ 2013, ready to race, partially advertising space, normal wear and tear including fluids and parts consumption during event Parts consumption: 2 sets of drive shafts for spare, under-body-protection normal wear, lubrification, bearings and rod ends, brake discs and pads, gearbox and differential exchange on SAM`s experience. Tires consumption: 24 pieces Parts and labour costs after damages caused by drivers error or misuse, parts and labour costs after damages caused by third parties, repatriation, race car insurance and deductible in case of total loss. Participation offer - Dakar 2014: Further information: Tires - The quantity of tires prepared for the race depends on the experience of SAM. If the renter wants to have more tires available, the deposit increases for the quantity of tires the renter orders additional. If new tires have not been used during the race, the amount would be taken into account for the final balance of various costs. Spare parts - The quantity of spare parts depends on the experience of SAM. A list of the additional spare parts held ready in the assistance can be requested. If the driver wants to exchange parts at his own preference, the amount should be charged from the deposit. Parts used due to damages All parts used for repairs of damages caused by driver s error, have to be stated in written form and must be signed by the representatives of the race crew and SAM. The amount for parts used due to driver s error would be charged immediately after the race. If the amount of those parts exceeds the amount of the deposit, the amount would be taken into account for the final balance of various costs. 6
