Administrator Enhancements Create Multiple Calibration Sessions at Once Many administrators will find that this new feature is a time saver. Prior to the b1210 release, admins could only create individual calibration sessions. In order to mass create sessions, admins must have permission. A.csv file can be downloaded to provide the data structure that SF Calibration expects in the uploaded file. Admins will create the sessions in the.csv file and then upload. Once the file is uploaded, there are two steps: Step 1, Validate the import file Step 2, Create Sessions Once the sessions are created, email notification is sent. 2012 SuccessFactors, an SAP Company. Export Calibration Session to.csv File Admins can now export a calibration session to a.csv (Excel) file. This allows them to view calibration session results on their computers and share the file with other people as necessary. Figure 1. Export Calibration Session The resulting file opens up in Excel. Include Inactive Users in Sessions The b1210 release adds an option for admins to include inactive users in sessions. This is done in the template for calibration sessions. It is an advanced option and can be found Admin Tools > Manage Calibration Templates > [Template Name] > Advance Options. Figure 3. Include Inactive Users in Sessions Launch Sessions in Batches In the past if too many forms were routed into the Calibration process the process could time out and stall. To fix this it is possible for the administrator to set a threshold level where if the number of forms being routed is larger than the threshold, the system will send the forms asynchronously, in batches. The threshold is set in Calibration > Manage Calibration Templates > Advanced. Figure 4. Batch Processing of Forms 2012 SuccessFactors, an SAP Company. Confidential. All rights reserved. 11

Add Column in Bin View A feature of Calibration is the Bin View where managers are able to adjust performance ratings according to parameters set in the template. In the b1210 release, there is a new option to add an additional column for either overall competency rating or overall objective rating. Note: You can show either the overall competency rating or the overall objective rating, but not both. Access this feature in Admin Tools > Calibration > Manage Calibration Templates > View > Options. Figure 5. Show Extra Column in Bin View 2012 SuccessFactors, an SAP Company. Confidential. Warning When Updating Calibration Template The b1210 release now has a specific warning for administrators when a calibration template is modified. When the admin clicks Save Changes, the warning will list the specific sessions that will be impacted. Figure 6. Calibration Template Change Warning 2012 SuccessFactors, an SAP Company. Confidential. User Changes Launch Calibration Session from Team Overview page Note: This feature is only available in PM v12 when combined with Calibration. Contact Customer Success to have your account updated. Currently, to launch a Calibration session the manager must go into the Calibration module. In release b1210, this feature allows the manager to launch directly from the Team View. Figure 7. Once in a Calibration session, a link allows the user to go back to the Team Overview page. Once a session is created, the Calibration button in Team Overview will bring the user back to the session.
