About Our Presenters Seminar Facilitator & Presentor Ray Croff, Financial Advisor Before joining Turtle Creek Financial, Ray worked with a large, nationwide firm where he served his clients with his expertise and care. Ray has an extensive entrepreneurial background and experience as a CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant), CAP (Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy), and Chair of the UNT Toulouse Graduate School Advisory Board. His areas of expertise include financial planning for small business, business succession planning for business owners, social security planning, life insurance, disability insurance and long term care insurance. He has hosted many seminars, of which some include Business Succession for the Closely Held Business, Buy- Sell Agreements for Partnerships and S Corporations, and Estate Planning: Planning Strategies in These Uncertain Times. He has held a number of seminars on Planned Giving for various nonprofits and religious organizations. Ray serves as a volunteer and board member for the Denton County United Way, CASA, Denton Kiwanis, Leadership Denton, and Denton Community Health Clinic, where he serves as both a board member and treasurer. Through the years, she was promoted within the organization, eventually holding the position of Vice President, Human Resources. In August of 2011, she resigned to start her own consulting company and spend more time with her family. Throughout her career, her responsibilities have included recruiting, orientation, workers comp, and administering HRIS systems. Her areas of expertise are employee benefits (including insurance, retirement, and retention strategies) and employee relations, whether it be addressing disciplinary issues, terminations, salary reviews, or unemployment claims. Kay graduated from UNT in 1999, and in 2004 she earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation. She has served in a variety of positions for the North Texas Society for Human Resource Management (NTSHRM) during the last 10 years, including two years as President. About Our Presenters Wanda Granier Wanda Granier is CEO for BridgeWork Partners, with over 15 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, and human resources. About Our Presenters Dana Haynie Dana began her career in 1988 at Coopers & Lybrand in Midland and Lubbock where she provided tax services for various industries including oil and gas, professional groups and automotive dealerships. She also gained extensive experience in the area of estate and trust compliance. Dana joined Ken Hughes & Associates in August of 1999. She became a shareholder of the firm in January 2003.
