PERSKIE Concentrates in sophisticated transactions, corporate work, real estate matters and estate and business planning. Phil earned his Master of Laws in Taxation degree and is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He has served on the boards of many local charities and agencies. He was a founder and director of Boardwalk Bank, and is currently Chairman of the Board of Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation. Born and raised in Atlantic County, he is the grandson of Joseph B. BAYLINSON AV certification is obtained from the results of confidential evaluation and rankings from peer attorneys. Concentrates his practice in planning and zoning, land use law, real estate and related civil litigation. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College and his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac School of Law. Chris served as law clerk to the Honorable Peter W. Thomas, J.S.C. and was previously named Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year by the Atlantic County Bar Association. Chris is a past President of the Atlantic County Bar Association. He has served on the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey State Bar Association and is a member of that association s Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee. Chris has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a designation earned by only a small percentage of the approximately 70,000 licensed attorneys in New Jersey. Chris is on the Board of Directors of the Atlantic City Art Center and coaches little league baseball in Margate where he lives. Steve s litigation experience includes contract and other business disputes, as well as matters involving construction law, employment law and commercial landlord/tenant issues. Steve has represented numerous national and local businesses in both State and Federal Court. Steve is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College (1982) and the Emory University School of Law (1985). Prior to returning to New Jersey in 1995, Steve was a partner in the New York City office of Cox Padmore Skolnik & Shakarchy. Steve has been on the Board of the Jewish Community Center in Margate since 1996 and served as President from He was President of the Alcove Center for Grieving Children and Families from , and has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Salvation Army of Atlantic City since Steve s father, J. Eugene Brog, is the former long-time CEO of Spencer Gifts, Inc., the national retailer that has been based in Atlantic County for decades. SJBrog@PMBB.com RICHARD S. Alex graduated with honors in Accounting from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey (B.S., 1998); he graduated in the top five percent of his class from the Rutgers University School of Law, Camden (J.D., 2002); and he received his Master of Laws in Taxation from the Temple University Beasley School of Law (LL.M., Taxation, 2009).
