Retirement Planning Course A Classroom Course Teaching the Principles of Conservative Investing The ABC Investing Model was developed for people age 50 and up who would like to have an alternative to the typical Wall Street Myths to financial planning. For most conservative investors, Wall Street s approach usually involves more risk than people want to have or know they have in their portfolios. Course Description This comprehensive personal finance course was designed by David Vick, author of Bat-Socks, Vegas and Conservative Investing, to help you better understand where you are in your financial plan and teach you how to get where you want to be financially. Before writing his book, Mr. Vick consulted for over 20 years with individual investors to understand why some are successful and others are not. During this course, you will learn what pitfalls to avoid and why. You will hear about financial tools and investments that you may already have or would like to have as part of your retirement plan. Upon completion of this course you will have the confidence you need to put your retirement plan into action. Who should attend If you are looking for answers to what happened to our financial markets, how they could have been avoided and what you could have done to limit your market exposure, this course is for you. If you are concerned about your IRA, 401(k), 403(b) or other retirement accounts or maybe just want to be more confident in your current plan you should enroll, it will be time well spent. Why you should attend The objectives of this course are to provide you with the tools, insight, and proven strategies that will allow you to build a retirement plan that you are confident will achieve the goals you set for your retirement. This course will teach you easy-to-understand strategies on how to pay less in taxes, manage investment risks, and create the income stream you desire for retirement. The question isn t at what age I want to retire, it s at what income. - George Foreman

What You Will Receive Classroom Instruction This is an educational course teaching the Principles of Conservative Investing. Course instructors come from the financial services industry. They bring many years of experience to the classroom and enhance the course with real world examples of many of the principles being taught. This course is interactive and your participation is encouraged, but not required. Course Workbook This course is based on the ABC s of Conservative Investing. You will receive a comprehensive workbook to follow in class. Upon completing this course, you will receive a copy of Bat-Socks, Vegas and Conservative Investing, on which this course is based. You will also receive The ABC Investing Model and Retain Your Gains DVDs. These will help you implement what you have learned. Knowledge This is not a financial seminar, but rather a financial course of study. You will leave with the knowledge and confidence to make financial decisions suited to your level of risk and in-line with the goals and objectives you establish in the class. Objective Information Traditional financial seminars are topic-specific and are typically geared toward a certain product; whereas, this course is designed to teach you about your money. Upon completion of this course you will understand how much of your retirement is at risk, how much is safe and how much is liquid - and why. This understanding is paramount to building a personal financial plan that meets your needs and not the needs of the person giving you financial advice. Course Instructor Richard Keppler brings to the classroom over 30 years of real world experience in retirement planning. Mr. Keppler delivers the course content with real life scenarios that make the content easy to understand. Investment advisory services provided by Redhawk Wealth Advisors, Inc., an SEC-registered investment advisor. Retirement is like a long vacation in Las Vegas. The goal is to enjoy it to the fullest, but not so fully that you run out of money. - Jonathan Clements
