1 Alliance Française de Sacramento SUMMER Session of Classes July 6 - September 12, 2015 *** No class September 7 (Labor Day) *** Make-up date will be scheduled separately Welcome to our Summer Session of Adult Classes Inside you will find the schedule and description of all our classes. Our language classes are based on the communicative approach. They are offered at various times and days to ensure that students at all levels will find the perfect French course at a convenient time. One hour of free weekly tutoring is available to all enrolled students. REGISTRATION POLICY Maximum class size is ten (exceptionally eleven). A minimum of six students is required to constitute a class. An existing class of four or five may continue if students agree to decrease the number of classes. For some classes, late enrollment may be permitted. If the class you choose is full, or if the Alliance Française must cancel a class because of insufficient enrollment, we will contact you about enrolling in another course. We will give you a full refund if you do not select an alternative. If you miss a class, you may do a make-up if there is space in a class at the same level. Fees for classes may not be pro-rated due to student s absence. Please note that this policy will only be revised in exceptional circumstances. If you register in a class and drop it before classes start, your registration fee will be refunded, minus a $20 administrative fee. After the first class meeting there will be no refund if you decide to drop the class. EARLY BIRD pricing only available until June 29, See tuition fees. Be aware that some classes fill quickly, so please make your payment early. Private instruction is available at $45 per hour, $50 for two people.
