Founded in 1861, North Central is a private, four-year Master s university of the liberal arts offering Safe. Areas of Study: Preparing for Your Future To graduate with a B.S. or B.A. degree, you must earn a minimum of 120 total credit hours over approximately four years of study. In the process you must complete the requirements of at least one major as well as the liberal arts core curriculum. Admission International Admission North Central s International Admission staff is available to assist you throughout the application process from your first question to the day you arrive on campus and beyond. Learn more at northcentralcollege.edu/technology. North Central s academic calendar has three terms, which means you can start classes in September, January or March. Most new students begin in September. Undergraduate Admission International students may apply to North Central either as freshmen or as transfer students. There is no application fee for international applicants. You can start your application process by completing the online application form at northcentralcollege.edu/apply. Additional materials required to complete the application process include: Official high school transcripts and certificate of graduation Official college or university transcripts for all university-level courses completed (transfer applicants) Evidence of English proficiency official TOEFL, IELTS, SAT or ACT score reports. Students transferring from a U.S. college or university may submit transcripts that include two English composition courses. North Central can review your application based on the above materials. However, we may request and do encourage applicants to also submit the following: A personal essay A letter of recommendation from a teacher or professor TOEFL - Waiver Admission Students who meet the academic requirements for admission but do not have the required level of English proficiency may apply for conditional undergraduate admission and enroll in North Central s English Language Institute. Student Visa Students who will need an I-20 form for an F-1 student visa must also submit financial support documentation verifying adequate funding to meet study and living expenses while in the United States. International Scholarships North Central has been ranked in the top 20 in the Midwest among Best Universities - Master s by U.S. News & World Report for the past 15 years. North Central is pleased to offer scholarships for academically qualified undergraduate international students. The International Scholarship ranges up to U.S. $20,000 per year and is renewable. Application Deadlines North Central reviews applications on a rolling basis, which means there is no official application deadline.
