Black Diamond Police Department Public Information Log 150000304 Hit&Run, Property Damage Traffic Accident, Hit and Run Black Diamond Police Dept 25510 Lawson ST, Incident Address: 294 216TH AVE SE Time Reported: 00:12:00 Time Occurred between: 00:12:00 04/13/15-02:12:00 04/13/15 On 4/13/15, Officers were dispatched to the 29400 block of 216th AVE SE due to a rollover collision. Upon arrival Officers discovered that the driver had fled the scene. Officers later found the suspect and booked him into the Issaquah Jail for Hit and Run. 150000305 CFS-Alarm Alarm Alarm Company Incident Address: 233 Time Reported: 07:55:32 SE 289TH ST Time Occurred between: 07:50:00 04/13/15-07:55:00 04/13/15 On 4-13-2015, officers were dispatched to a residence in the 23300 block of SE 289th for a report of a residential alarm. Upon arrival, officers completed a check of the house and surrounding area, finding the house secured and the area clear. Upon contacting the driver, it was discovered that he was driving with a suspended license. The driver was issued a criminal citation for DWLS in the 3rd Degree, and the vehicle released to the registered owner.

Upon arrival, Officers observed no signs of criminal activity. Upon arrival Officers conducted a quick sweep of the area, making contact with the suspected group of juveniles. Officers arrived to find the back door unlocked and made contact with a male. The male subject was related to the owners of the home and was aware of the upstairs alarm going off. The male subject was going to contact the alarm company and report is as a false alarm. No further action was taken. 150000318 Traffic Violation Traffic Offense Black Diamond Police Dept Incident Address: 23200 SE 288th ST Time Reported: 07:16:00 25510 Lawson ST, Time Occurred between: 07:16:00 04/18/15-07:16:00 04/18/15 On 04/18/2015, at approximately 07:16, officers were working routine patrol in the 22900 block of SE 288th ST and observed a vehicle traveling east in the west bound lane in the 23200 block of SE 288th ST. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and the driver was DWLS 3rd Degree. Officers issued a criminal citation to the driver for DWLS 3rd Degree and released the vehicle to a family member. No further action was taken. 150000319 Runaway Juvenile Juvenile Runaway Auburn PD Incident Address: Time Reported: 22:43:00 Time Occurred between: 22:43:00 04/18/15-23:42:00 04/18/15 On 4/18/15, Officers were advised that the Auburn Police Department had made contact with a runaway juvenile from Black Diamond. Officers met with Auburn Police and transported the juvenile to the police station, where the juvenile was then released to a responsible party. 150000320 Traffic Violation Traffic Offense Black Diamond Police Dept Incident Address: 23400 SE 288th ST Time Reported: 07:42:00 25510 Lawson ST, Time Occurred between: 07:42:00 04/19/15-08:11:00 04/19/15 On 4-19-2015 officers stopped a vehicle for speeding on SE 288th St. Upon contacting the driver, it was discovered that he was driving with a suspended license. The driver was arrested for DWLS 3rd Degree and officers cleared the

Upon arrival, officers contacted a homeowner who stated that they knew the owner of the boat and that they would attempt to contact them. The anonymous RP was advising that for the past hour, a female neighbor had been yelling at her boyfriend. Officers arrived and determined that the dispute was verbal only, and that no crime had occurred.
