Permanent Staffing Talent Search Objective is to find the right person for roles identified by customers on their payroll The customer provides role descriptions and other parameters based on which search is conducted Besides job portals, we use our network to source the right candidates The service is charged on a per assignment basis The base fee is 8.33% of CTC of the joinee. It can go up if the role requires hard to find skills/qualifications We are business associates of one of the top 20 recruitment vendors in India 14
Temporary Staffing Models Fixed Rate Model Engage fixed number of people for a pre-determined duration of time Flexibility to start with one person Changes to scope and requirements are handled through changed requests which can be done on a T&M basis. Best suited for small & medium level projects with definite scope Ideal for customers with detailed project specifications, timelines & budget. Best for development projects or steady state projects. Time & Material (T&M) Model Gradually ramp up team size Flexibility to start with one person Suited for projects that are bigger & longer in duration. Allows you to modify specifications, adjust time schedules & define scope during the execution of your project. Attractive option if you have complex and high level projects. It facilitates the customer to amend team size once the project reaches steady state. 15
