Executive Summary Mentors4u Who we are Mentors4u is a non-profit mentoring initiative for students of all Italian Universities and Italian students abroad, launched in 2014 by a group of Italian alumni of Harvard Business School Mentors4u wants to help, entirely for free, young talented students interested in a successful business career (Mentee) togethigh quality mentoring and guidance from young excellent professionals (Mentor), who will offer their advices to mentees on how to craft a career path that will allow them to make best use of their talent The Mentors4u network is comprised of: o 400 Mentors with excellent academic and professional experiences (55% have an MBA in one of the top 10 schools in the world); o 12 Senior Mentors, inspirational Italian business leaders; o 250 Mentees selected among 1.000 applications received in the first round of selection, representing 29 universities. 95% of the Mentees rates the programexcellent or great! What we offer to the selected students 1. A Mentor, allocated on the basis of the preferences expressed by the students during the application process. The Mentor will provide direct and personalized guidance to support Mentees in their academic and professional decisions 2. Access to a network of talented and motivated Mentees, excellent Mentors and inspiring and succesful Senior Mentors. 3. Access to an online portal, with a personale profile and mailbox, where the Mentees can: o Comunicate with the members of the community through the wall; o Access the directory of the members of the program; o Access to a knowledge center with more than 200 articles, guides and helpful content to understand various career paths and prepare p for interviews. 4. Access to the Newsletter4u, with helpful advice from our Mentors and Senior Mentors and the stories of the Mentees. 5. Events and workshops organized by Mentors4u with the support of Senior Mentors and our Partner companies. 6. Visibility with our Partner Companies. Apply to become a Mentee! Apply at http:///it/home/applicamentee Applications online will remain open until 9th of June, with the aim to select 500 new Mentees: o Students who apply before the 9th of April will know the outcome of their application by the 30th of May; o Students who apply after the 9th of will know the outcome of their application by the 14th of September. All the applicants will have immediate and continuous access to our Knowledge Center and Newsletter, regardlessoftheoutcomeof their application. 2

What do we mean by Mentoring? g "Mentoring is a process for the informal transmission of knowledge, social capital, and the psychosocial support relevant to work, career, or professional development between a person who is perceived to have greater relevant knowledge, wisdom, or experience (the Mentor) and a person who is perceived to have less (the Mentee) Source: Wikipedia 4

Mentors4u: What we do and Why we do it Vision Unlock the talent of capable and motivated young students, particularly those with limited access to mentoring and guidance We help talented university students express at best their potential and realize their professional dreams Create a communuity based on merit,, inside of which favour the exchange of ideas and content helpful for the personal and professional development of all the members Contribute t to the development and progress of our Country, supporting its younger talented generation Become a point of reference and a source of inspiration for other mentoring programs in Italy and Europe 5

Members of the Community Senior Mentors (10-15) Who are they? Some of the most influential Italian business leaders and academics. Role They provide high-level experience and a long term perspective to Mentees through messages and interviews published on the web platform. Who are they? Talented young professionals with 5-10 years of work experience leading organizations and excellent academic backgrounds. Mentors Role (400+) They build a personal and direct relationship to help Mentees identify not only the career options that most matches the Mentees talent level and professional interests but also how to get there. Mentees (500+) Who are they? Students of Business Administration and Managerial Engineering in Italian Universities, Italian students studying abroad, or more generally any students interested in a career in Business Management or Finance. Selection is based on CV, motivations and mentorship needs. Support they receive Students t are given a personal Mentor to help identify the students t best career options and evaluate how to pursue these options. Students can access the online Community, where they can interact and share content with other mentors and mentees. Students participate p in an annual event with Mentors and Senior Mentors. 6
