ACCESS CONTROL If you need to handle events with a large number of visitors, for example big venues with VIP, guest areas and disabled access gates, you know that the safety of environment and people begins at the entrance. Security control is always guaranteed, even in case of temporary or total disconnection of data, thanks to an access management software controlling an automated structure of full height turnstiles and swing gates, together with Guardian- a PC based multi-ticketing card reader (barcode, proximity and magnetic) equipped with a multi-colour graphic display that fosters communication between users and security officers. When it is not possible to have a wired network infrastructure, like in smaller venues or concerts arenas, Zucchetti offers you a centralized access control web application residing on our Data Center. The software is based on a unified infrastructure that exploits WiFi networks and transmission of packet data, typical of mobile phones, enabling the use of fixed and mobile devices, such as PDAs, for access control management. TICKETING Zucchetti electronic ticketing system is a solution designed and built to meet the needs of all players of sport, show and entertainment sector and of all those involved, from box offices to banks, private networks, self-services, call centers and on-line sales. Developed entirely in web technology and in Java language it simply works using any Internet browser. A powerful system that can be integrated with third party web-portals to manage on-line sales with no trouble. Thanks to its architecture it is adaptable to any event management. It is-easy to use and it manages e-tickets and points of sale with PDAs too. Visitors to leisure areas use multiple check out scenarios with bars, kiosks, restaurants, discos, self-service shops, outlets etc. as well as many payment locations in a network often with a massive amount of daily transactions. Hospitality and retail companies can manage efficiently every aspect of the sales process, through the use of powerful and flexible tools, which are based on standard modern technology, with user friendly touch-screen interfaces and can manage all different types of currencies and accept different payment methods. HOW DELIVER A NEW FAN EXPERIENCE: We transform the experience of visitors and spectators, making it delightful. From the moment of purchasing the ticket (season- or dayticket), until the access in the structure through gates, barriers and turnstiles, buying at the points of sale and eating at bars and restaurants, until the enjoyment of the actual event, the presence of fans within the venue itself becomes a stress-free moment of pure amusement. Our streamlined system allows the client to move comfortably in the venue through bars, restaurants, kiosks, discos, exhibit or theatre rooms, parks, stadium and arena tribunes. Simply using a rechargeable contactless card, fans have more reasons to come early, stay longer and spend more. A MORE COMPELLING VENUE INVOLVEMENT At the entrance of the stadium, for example, fans check their subscription card by approaching it to the reader, that welcomes them by displaying messages regarding the club or sponsors promotions. With the same rechargeable card fan purchase gadgets in the stadium shops and buy drinks and sandwiches at food counters, quietly waiting for the beginning of the game. Everything is done in absolute safety, with surveillance services that can be limited only to the control of the most critical situations. The multiple use fan card allows the club to know every detail and keep track about fans preferences and occasional visitors purchases, analyze them with Zucchetti Business Intelligence Tools, manage CRM systems, integrated with the club s accounting solution, to carry out marketing initiatives for clients fidelity, offer discounts, incentives and agreements with other sports structures or companies, shopping malls and services.
