Major Risk Factors Fluctuation of Steel Price No significant impact on the Company s financial results since 80% of our material costs (steel) is under centralized purchasing scheme. Labor problems Labor Strike : good welfare and good communication. Labor shortage : recruiting non-thai labors (Cambodian, Burmese). 300 Baht daily minimum salary has been implemented. Foreign Exchange Rate Risk No significant impact as more than 90% of sales are in local currencies. Natural Disasters Financial impact is taken up by insurance coverage.
