Current Bill Pay Users Debit and Credit Cards It is necessary for you to unenroll in ebills set up through Internet Branch as this information will not convert over. It is important that this be done as soon as possible and at the latest before November 27, 2015 to ensure receipt of your bills. Beginning December 3rd, you can re-enroll in ebills through Online Banking. If you are a current Bill Pay user, all of your active Payees will transfer over. However, you will not see the converted information until 8:30am Thursday, December 3rd. Please do not sign up as a new subscriber in Bill Pay until this date as it will cause problems in Bill Pay. Most payments made through the new Bill Pay service are sent electronically but sometimes it is necessary to issue a check. The type of payment, check or electronic, is indicated under each Payee name. When a payment is made by check it is issued as a check drawn on your account and will be processed the same way as a check issued by you. This payment will not be deducted from your available balance until presented for payment by the payee. If there are insufficient funds in your account when a Bill Pay check is presented for payment, the check may be returned. You will be charged a $28 fee whether the check is returned NSF or honored through Courtesy Pay. The best way to ensure payments are sent electronically is to periodically check your Payee account numbers and remittance addresses. Having current information could be the difference between an electronic payment or a check payment. If you use multiple checking accounts, such as an HSA or Money Market, to pay bills online you will need to validate that the Pay From account is correct when you pay a bill. The new Bill Pay system will be available for you to access on Thursday, December 3, 2015 by 8:30 AM. Please note that you will not be able to see an up to date history of payments made on Bill Pay from Friday, November 27th until December 4th. Please be assured that all bills designated to be paid through Internet Branch Bill Pay will be paid during this time period but you will not be able to access and thus schedule bills to be paid over this short window of time. Again, please take a minute prior to November 27th to make sure all your bills are scheduled appropriately. Debit and Credit Cards with the CACU name continue to access your TruPartner account. New TruPartner cards are in the works and will be issued when available as your current cards expire. From 9:00 PM Friday, November 27th through 8:30 AM Monday, November 30th, there could be some service limitations on your debit and credit cards. Please take an additional form of payment such as your checkbook just in case. Debit card transactions will be approved if funds are not available in the checking account, but there are available funds in an Overdraft Loan or Savings Account set up as an overdraft transfer account. Phone Banking Service through the automated phone system remains the same. Continue to call 513-381-8860 or outside the area 1-800-735-0246. New Service Options Beginning November 30th, there will be even more convenient options for you as TruPartner members! Mobile Banking will be available through a free TruPartner App! Once you have logged into Online Banking and created your online ID and password, you can download the TruPartner App through the Google or the ittunes store.
