Schedules Schedule 1 training and assessment qualifica<on requirements or skill set requirements for trainers and assessors. Schedule 2 independent valida<on requirement for RTOs delivering training and assessment qualifica<ons or assessor skill sets from the Training and Educa<on Training Package. Schedule 3 fit and proper person requirements Schedule 4 condi<ons of use of the Na<onally Recognised Training (NRT) Logo. Schedule 5 issuing AQF qualifica<ons and statements of avainment. Determining the best fit The Pre- Training Review must be completed, and the outcomes known and documented, prior to the student s commencing training. The RTO must: a) Screen referred individuals to determine the voca<onal interests of the student; b) Provide career advice to referred individuals; c) Assess referred individuals eligibility for a government subsidised training place under the Victorian Training Guarantee; and d) Enrol referred individuals in accordance with the requirements set out in the Guidelines about Determining Student Eligibility and Suppor6ng Evidence.
Pre-training Review May only be subcontracted acer prior approval from the department RTO is responsible for monitoring all informa<on provided to students prior to enrolment Students must be informed that their enrolment may impact the student s access to further government subsidised training Supported by a documented process with control (detail) Determine that the course or qualifica<on is appropriate LLN, skills and experience and career goals Completed and outcomes known and documented prior to commencing training
