Client: Key Forensic Services Key Forensic Services partnered with Equiniti to implement a fully managed infrastructure and hosting solution that was adaptable and scalable to deal with future growth. Expanding from a high growth start-up business to a multi-site operation, Key Forensic Services (KFS) required a scalable and secure infrastructure and hosting platform that would provide security and consistency as the organisation grew. Bunzl had previously managed its infrastructure and hosting internally. However, having experienced significant growth, the organisation was outgrowing its IT infrastructure and server and physical space capacity causing problems with both storage and back-up. Equiniti provided Bunzl with a fully managed hosting solution, using state-of-the-art infrastructure to manage the organisation s existing applications including its Microsoft Office, Outlook and Exchange, file services and mobile devices. Delivered via Citrix, the solution allows users to connect remotely. Bunzl s applications are hosted in a combined environment, ensuring that all software updates are carried out quickly and efficiently in a central system, with no impact on Bunzl s local IT infrastructure. Improved performance Enhanced resilience and security Scalability in line with organisation growth Enhanced business continuity capability Resilient back-up strategy Client: MyCSP MyCSP, the government s first mutual joint venture (MJV), was established in 2012 to provide pension services to 1.5 million members of the Civil Service pension scheme across 250 employers, and sought a partner organisation to deliver all of its infrastructure and hosting requirements. MyCSP s staff are drawn from a number of disparate groups the DWP, HMRC, MoD and the Home Office which each delivered scheme administration independently of each other using different versions of a common system. The chosen supplier was tasked with implementing a scalable, highly secure IT environment, providing a consistent IT experience across the new organisation. MyCSP selected the Equiniti solution, which encompassed all aspects of IT service provision, from server infrastructure through to desktop environments and telephony, including full technical and customer support, utilising leading edge technology. This resulted in a more efficient IT environment which is fully security accredited, high availability and flexible.
