Create your own cross reference This feature allows you to create your own part numbers in the web ordering system. This way you can use your own part numbers when ordering from Danfoss. Store shopping basket If you have repeat orders for the same articles you can save your shopping basket and use it again and again to assist in generating the repeat order.you can also utilize the store shopping basket feature if you are not ready to place the current order. How to get access Apply for a user name and password at www.danfoss.com/applyforordering then open your web browser and type in: www.danfoss.com/ordering Logon with your user name and password which has been sent to you via e-mail from Danfoss. Step 1: Check price & availability Before you place an order you can check prices and availability in our ordering system. Click on Place an order. This is the ordering form.

Store basket: Store shopping basket: If you often order the same articles, you can store your shopping basket and use it again. The next time you are going to order the same articles from Danfoss, just select the stored shopping basket. View stored basket:

Enter your order number, change shipping address if needed; either via Select delivery address (preferred) or overwrite existing delivery address (as exception).
Step 2: Submit an order Now you can submit your order. Press the button Submit order. A warning pops up to make you aware that you are about to send the order. If you press OK the order is sent to Danfoss.
Order registration: When you have submitted your order, an order registration appears. Danfoss order number will show registration number in our system SAP. Print an order: You can print the registration by pressing Print (bottom left corner) You can regularly check the status of you order and print the order confirmation several times as well as track the changes in delivery terms.
Step 3: How to check previous orders This feature allows you to check the status of your Danfoss purchase orders. Find the relevant order through Order search. You can search for your orders using different criteria as shown to the right. The result will be shown at the bottom of the screen. To see order details, click on the magnifying glass (next to Net price ).
Click on the truck to get the tracking information. Click on the tracking number and the hyperlink will redirect you to your carrier s website to review the tracking information.
Other features Create your own part numbers This functionality allows you to create and maintain your own part numbers in the Danfoss ordering system. Click on Customer information then press the button Maintain Code Numbers.
For information about customer and users, click on Customer information. Customer information: Maintain users Add new user Choose customer to whom the user will be added Enter e-mail address in the field offered Customer information On the same page you can EDIT / REVOKE user: In EDIT page you can add authorization to user. With REVOKE functionality you can cancel the user
Changing Password Click on e mail address and Change Password will appear. Click on Change Password and a new screen will come up, on which you will be able to enter your new password.
