STROKE REHABILITATION RESOURCE GUIDE INTRODUCTION The intent of the Stroke Rehabilitation Resource Guide is to enable stroke care providers seeking information related to the rehabilitation of the stroke survivor to access that information, in a user-friendly format, on the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario s Professional Education Web site.
