HOW TO CONNECT CASHORCARD TO SEOSHOP
1. SIGN IN TO YOUR SEOSHOP BACK OFFICE Login to your SEOshop back office. Go to the Apps tab and search for the CashOrCard POS App in the 'Miscellaneous & Tools' category. Click on 'Install app'. 2. APPROVE APP & PERMISSIONS A new web page opens up where you have to enter your SEOshop credentials once again to approve the app permissions. Click on the 'Next' button on the first page and 'Grant Access' on the second page. 3. CREATE CASHORCARD MERCHANT ACCOUNT On clicking the 'Grant Access' button in the previous step, a web page opens up where you can register yourself with CashOrCard. Fill out the required fields to create your CashOrCard merchant account. www.cashorcardpos.com July 2015 Page 2
4. START PRODUCT IMPORT On clicking 'Next', we will start your product import from SEOshop to your CashOrCard account. We will email you once this is done. In the meantime you can already set up your order sync. 5. SIGN IN TO SEOSHOP To automatically create orders you do in the POS in your SEOshop back office as well login to your SEOshop back office and head on to the Settings page. 6. CREATE NEW SHIPPING METHOD In the General tab, select the type 'Store pickup'. (Click on Save) In the Countries tab, please select this as available in all countries.(click on Save) In the Weights tab, select correct the cost to zero. 7. PAY AT PICKUP Select Payment Methods and add 'Pay at Pickup'. Set status to 'On' and enable payment methods. Note: If the order is processed in your physical store as an invoice, then it is created as an open order in SEOshop (the shipping is not marked as completed). 8. DOWNLOAD THE APP While you wait you can download the POS app from the app stores. You can do so by using search in the itunes app store or Google Play Store and type in CashOrCard POS. HOW TO USE THE CASHORCARD DASHBOARD
1. ORGANIZE YOUR PRODUCTS You can decide how you want your products to be displayed in the POS app. To organize your product display go to your online CashOr- Card dashboard and follow these steps: 1. Go to Menu 2. Go to My Products 3. Select Product Reorder The list on the left-hand side represents all products that aren t visible in the POS. The mock-up tablet on the right-hand side represents the product order you see in your POS. Please consider that the exact amount of products visible per page depends on the type and size of tablet you use. The first 6 pages are visible. Products beyond these pages can be accessed through search or by the use of a bar-code scanner. You can drag and drop products from the list into the POS to make them visible or from the POS into the list to hide them. Within the POS you can move the products around to display them according to your need. Once you are ready select Save and sign in to the POS to see the new order. www.cashorcardpos.com July 2015 Page 5
HOW TO USE THE CASHORCARD APP
1. REGISTER YOUR DEVICE The first time you sign in to the POS app, the app will ask you to register your device. To do so, select Proceed. You can then add your store by filling out the name and address. You can always add more stores later or link to a different device. Once you are done select Save and your products will be downloaded into the app. 2. GENERAL SETTINGS You can adapt your general settings by going to the Menu and selecting Settings. In this page you can indicate whether you want to automatically open your cash drawer, print your receipts, show your product images and add-ons. You can also choose how many orders you want to be able to have open at the same time. 3. HARDWARE SETTINGS In the settings you can also set a preferred payment provider ( Menu > Settings > Payment ), printer ( Menu > Settings > Printer ) and bar-code scanner ( Menu > Settings > Barcode scanner ) How you connect those depends on the specific device and type of hardware you are using. 4. ACCOUNT SETTINGS in Menu > Settings > Account you can manually re-sync your products with the dashboard by selecting Refresh Products. You can also set ad admin PIN and protect certain sections of the app with a pass-code. You can set the code and handpick the pages you want to protect with it. 5. CHANGING THE CURRENCY You can change the currency you want to use by heading over to Menu > Settings > Currency. If your currency isn t in the list, just let us know and we ll add it for you. 6. START TESTING Once you ve synced your hardware and setup all your preferred settings in the app and dashboard you are ready to start using the product. We recommend you try to make sales, run transactions, process refunds, print receipts, email receipts, process partial payments, reward discounts and look up your existing customers for a full experience. www.cashorcardpos.com July 2015 Page 7

1. 2. 3. 4. Will the app still work if I don t have a stable Internet connection? My POS transactions aren t recreated in SEOshop My new products aren t visible in the app What hardware do I need to get started? Yes. Though we'd recommend a stable connection, the app will still work if the internet goes down. When you lose your connection, you will still be able to make transactions with the app. Once your connection is back up, these transactions will be updated to the online dashboard. It is possible that transactions aren't recreated for products that were changed in the SEOshop back office. If you alter your products or set their status to hidden in SEOshop, the app won't be able to recreate these transactions in the back office as it cannot find a matching product. Once you change the status to visible again, your transactions should start recreating again. We import products four times per day. If your new products aren't imported to the app, please check if they are set to 'visible' in your SEOshop settings. If so head on over to Menu > Settings > Account in your app and select Refresh Products. That really depends on the type of store you run. We offer multiple hardware kits, ranging from a full solution including a printer, cash drawer, tablet stand and bar-code scanner to a small kit with the basics.
