Enjay SugarCRM Add-on for MS-Outlook 2010 Configuration 1. Launch MS-Outlook 2007 or 2010 2. Click on Enjay Tab shown in figure below If you are you are using Microsoft outlook 2007, then new toolbar will be added below the Outlook menu bar, If you are you are using Microsoft outlook 2010, then Enjay Tab will be added along with Outlook menu bar, 3. Click on Setting button in the Enjay tab, which will show you the following form Connection Setting:
To perform the CRM connection setting to get this Add in in working mode, follow the below given steps, 1. In connection section, fill up following text fields CRM Server URL: Your SugarCRM URL(E.g. 192.168.1.1/sugarcrm) CRM User Name: Your SugarCRM login name. CRM Password: Your SugarCRM login password. Click on Test Connection button for test your CRM authentication. 2. In Log file location, mark two checkboxes (If not marked) Enable logging Enable debug mode 3. Click on Save button to save your CRM connection setting. Email Archive Settings To customize the email archiving setting, update the following sections 1. In Email Archiving Setting section, mark checkboxes as per requirements Archive email attachments on by default Automatically perform search when the archive window is opened
2. In Miscellaneous section, mark checkboxes as per requirement. Show option to open SugarCm record in right click menu Show confirmation message after archive has been finished 3. Click on Save button to save your Email Arcive Setting. Auto Email Archive To customize your Auto Email Archive, update the following sections 1. In Auto Synchronization Settings, a. Inbox (for incoming emails), Contacts - Mark to Contact, to relate the incoming mails to SugarCRM Contacts Module. Leads - Mark to Leads, to relate the incoming mails to SugarCRM Leads Module. Also you can mark both of them for relating mails to both the modules. b. Sent Mail (for outgoing emails) and Lead. Contacts - Mark to Contact, to relate outgoing mails to SugarCRM Contacts Module.

To specify custom folder for archive email, browse folder via Sent Items of outlook 2. In Advance Setting, a. Mark checkboxes as per requirement Display email archive progress window To displaying the progress window at time of archiving operations Create achieved emails parent child relationship in CRM To relating the mails from Sugar Contacts to their Sugar Accounts at time of archive operation. b. Click on Add Email Addresses, to ignore archiving mail from selected email addresses. This will show you new form in which you can add email address from which you don t want archive mail. Click close button to save details and close the form.
Create SugarCRM Record: To create Sugar module objects from Enjay Toolbar (Outlook 2007), Enjay Tab (Outlook 2010),
1. Create SugarCRM Account: Click on Create Account button from Add in for creating new account to be added to SugarCRM. It will prompt with new window form, input account details and click on create button to store it to sugar database. Else click on cancel to ignore this action.
2. Create SugarCRM Contact: Click on Create Contact button from Add in for creating new contact to be added to SugarCRM. It will prompt with new window form, input contact details and click on create button to store it to sugar database. Else click on cancel to ignore this action.
3. Create SugarCRM Lead: Click on Create Lead button from Add in for creating new Lead to be added to SugarCRM. It will prompt with new window form, input Lead details and click on create button to store it to sugar database. Else click on cancel to ignore this action.
4. Create SugarCRM Opportunity: Click on Create Opportunity button from Add in for creating new Opportunity to be added to SugarCRM. It will prompt with new window form, input Opportunity details and click on create button to store it to sugar database. Else click on cancel to ignore this action. 5. Create SugarCRM Case: Click on Create Case button from Add in for creating new Case to be added to SugarCRM. It will prompt with new window form, input Case details and click on create button to store it to sugar database. Else click on cancel to ignore this action.
6. Report SugarCRM Bug: Click on Create Bug button from Add in for creating new Bug to be added to SugarCRM. It will prompt with new window form, input Bug details and click on create button to store it to sugar database. Else click on cancel to ignore this action. 7. Create SugarCRM log Call: Click on Create Log Call button from Add in for creating new Log call to be added to SugarCRM. It will prompt with new window form, input Call details and click on create button to store it to sugar database. Else click on cancel to ignore this action.
Archive Emails: The Enjay SugarCRM add in for MS-Outlook 2007 and 2010, both of them provide convenient way to archive emails to SugarCRM. This add in will archive emails in three ways, 1. Automatic Email Archive 2. Manual Email Archive I. Selected email archive II. Mass email archive 3. When email added to folder 1. Automatic Email Archive: The automatic email archiving facility will relate emails to two Sugar Modules, Contacts and Lead. So, this setting requires marking Auto Archive from Folder checkboxes.
2. Manual Email Archive: 1. Selected Email Archive: To archiving specific emails from Outlook to Sugar with single email or multiple emails, You need to follow the below given sequence to get it archived with selected contacts of Sugar. Right click on any mail item. From context menu select Enjay. Select search in CRM. It will search particular contact record from CRM and displayed beside. Select contact record and select Archive to this Record. With SugarCRM add in for 2007, you can archive with sequences of right click menu options as shown in below given snap, With SugarCRM add in for 2010, you can archive with sequences of right click menu options as shown in below given snap,
Also you can search for contacts in specific Sugar Modules as shown in following snap,
From the above window, select Sugar module on which you want to archive mail, select contact and click on Archive button. 2. Mass email archive In case, you want to archive multiple emails from Outlook to Sugar you can do it by the following sequences, Select multiple mail items from outlook Right click and context menu will appear. Select Enjay Click on Automatically Archived all selected mails. For Enjay Sugar CRM add in for Outlook 2007, mass email archive operation For Enjay Sugar CRM add in for Outlook 2010, mass email archive operation can be performed as shown in snap
3. When email added to folder: When new mail added in user specified folder will archived to SugarCRM. By default Sent Items is folder set for new mail added. But, you can change it by selecting your folder as notified in the following snap,
Support Request: For support regarding to Enjay SugarCRM add in navigate cursor to Enjay tab Click on support request. For: MS-Outlook 2010 For: MS-Outlook 2007 This will open new compose mail with already filled with data like To email address and attachments (e.g.) For: MS-Outlook 2010
For: MS-Outlook 2007 You have to input your problem in body part and just click send button to send support request mail.
