Getting Started: Online Application Click here to begin! There are 6 steps to complete the online application. You can always see which step you are on by viewing the application map at the top of each page. Quick Tip: You can jump to different steps by clicking on the step number at the top of each page!
Step 1: Enter Student Information Use the drop down calendar to find your birthdate or enter it by: Month/Day/Year Please let us know if you are working with an Educational Counselor/Agency. If you are working with an Educational Counselor/Agency you will need to provide either the name or Agency URN. Quick Tip: You must fill in all boxes that have a red asterisk *
Step 1: Enter Student Information If you cannot find your country of birth, citizenship, or nationality, please email International Admissions: intladmit@oregonstate.edu *= Required If you are currently living or studying in the US, we will need a copy of your VISA and current I 20.
Step 1: Enter Student Information Important Note: You cannot use a PO Box for your home country address You must enter a permanent address located in your home country. We will not mail anything to this address unless you click the box below. We will mail documents to this address If the you do not live at the mailing address listed above, please write the correct contact person and contact information (Educational Counselor, Agency, family member, friend)

Please enter emergency contact information in case we need to contact a relative or friend on your behalf. You can save your information at any time and return to your application later
Step 2: Determine Study Plan This is where you choose your program! Quick Tip: You can combine both an Academic Program and an English Program! Academic Programs include: Graduate Pathway Study Abroad with English Undergraduate Degree Undergraduate Pathway English Programs include: Academic English College Year Abroad General English Oregon State University is on a quarterly system. We do not have semesters. We have 3 terms per academic year with the option to take courses in the summer. Term Summer Fall Winter Spring Start June September December/January March
Step 2: Determine Study Plan Quick Tip: You can still apply to OSU even if you do not have English Proficiency Scores! Just skip this section and continue on with the application process. Click here if you have additional scores you would like to submit

Step 3: Select Study Plan Please make sure you read the start dates carefully before selecting your study plan Contact us with any questions regarding your proposed study plans
Step 4: Enter Educational History Quick Tip: For Secondary (high school) transcripts, you must send grades 9 through 12 even if grade 9 was completed at a different school Please add all secondary and postsecondary schools, colleges or universities you have attended or will attend before coming to OSU!
Step 4: Enter Educational History If you have additional exams/qualifications, please add them here. It is okay if you do not have any! Upload all transcripts and extra documents here! Important Notes: Please upload documents in PDF format if possible! Upload each file separately (ex: keep transcripts from the same school in one PDF document)
Step 5: Choose Student Services All housing information can be found at our website: http://oregonstate.edu/uhds/ Be sure to read through the information carefully! Specific housing and travel questions can be sent to into.housing@oregonstate.edu Specific questions and healthrelated documents can be sent to immun.izations@oregonstate.edu
Step 6: Review & Submit Quick Tip: You re not done yet! Review your application here. You can make changes to any information entered before submitting your completed application for review. If you have any problems or concerns about your online application, please email us directly at intladmit@oregonstate.edu To edit or change information, click the blue Edit link.
Step 6: Review & Submit For a general list of documents required for each program, please click here Quick Tip: Please upload documents in PDF format if possible! Upload each file separately! (ex: transcripts from the same school should all be uploaded together in one document) If you are under 18 years old, you will need to complete the Parent Release Form This is where you can upload any of the following documents: Bank Statement Affidavit of Support Parent Release Form for student under 18 Sponsorship Letter (Financial Guarantee) Miscellaneous documents
Step 6: Review & Submit Note to Educational Counselors: This page is how we track which students receive help from you Quick Tip: OSU can t talk to your Educational Counselor, relative, or friend about your application unless you give us your approval! Please read all important information!

Submitting Your Payment Direct Admission Only This is the number found on your card This name must match the full name written on the card Make sure you enter a valid email to receive a receipt. Save your receipt! Check your email account to make sure the payment went through. Check your junk mail folder if the email is not in your inbox Note: To submit your completed application, you must pay the application fee! If you do not have a credit or visa card, ask a relative or friend if they have one.

Include this in all your emails so we know which application is yours! Make sure to include your name Tell us what to expect in the attachment. This helps us verify that we received everything Communication makes the application process go faster and smoother!
