We shall not be liable for loss, damage or injury caused by its failure or delay in performing services hereunder when such failure or delay is caused by reason of strikes, work stoppages, embargoes, or other causes beyond our control. 6. This contract is effective for a period of one year. Contract pricing will be adjusted annually to reflect current labor costs. 7. This Agreement is not in effect until payment is made in full and acceptance is signed and dated by a representative of Main Street Mechanicals. Not all systems can be accepted under this plan.
