Designed and programmed a master database linking 13 data sources to assess longitudinal changes in crime, justice funding, sworn officer strength, policing practices, population demographics and economic conditions among jurisdictions nationwide. Hispanic Victimization and Juvenile Delinquency Studies - Julian Samora Research Institute (2001-2002). Analysis of NCVS data and measurement approaches pertaining to deviant behavior and victimization. Analysis of Corruption in India - Michigan State University (2001). Content analysis of publicized corruption reports among government officials during the past 10 years to assess institutionalization of corruption. Historical literature review pertaining to Indian cultural acceptance of graft. Survey Data Analysis - Autotrack Software (2001). Designed and programmed a database of law enforcement agency responses regarding use and knowledge of investigative software. Performed statistical analyses. Nationwide Police Survey - Michigan State University (2000). Designed and implemented a nationwide survey of 600 police agencies with grant funding from Grand Rapids Police Department and the Trojanowicz fund.
