2 Administration and Settings Dealer Center DMS allows you to manage your dealership settings in one location. 1. Click on the Admin icon and select dealer options. 4. Create up to four Print Packs for all of your deals. The need to remember what forms are required for each lender is a thing of the past. 2. Enter all your desired settings for your deals, BHPH, Print Packs, Buyers Guide and Sticker Preferences. 5. Select the Partners icon and enter the vendors that you conduct business with. 3. For BHPH dealers, set your payment and late charge options one time.

3 Dealer Center DMS provides the dealer with the ability to manage and book inventory all in one program. With DealerCenter DMS a dealer can: Get Instant accurate book values from KBB, NADA, and BlackBook Print booksheets Print window stickers for every car in inventory Simultaneously rebook all vehicles as soon as the values for the new booking period are released To add a vehicle: Adding a Vehicle 1. Select the inventory icon and Add a New Vehicle. 2. After entering the Stock Number, VIN and Mileage, click the VIN Lookup button. 3. Verify that all pertinent information is accurate. You may select additional equipment by selecting the Equipment tab. 4. Keep track of Flooring and Recon information by selecting the appropriate tabs. 5. Save images, work orders or receipts by uploading files into Dealer Center.

4 Booking Process To book a vehicle: 5. For NADA and Black Book, you will see the image below. 1. Select a car from the inventory. Double click your selection to open the Edit Current Vehicle screen for the vehicle selected. 2. In the Edit Current Vehicle screen, select the Equipment tab and select any vehicle adds. 3. Go back to the Vehicle Information Tab. 4. Next to the Book (KBB, NADA, BB) icon, select the appropriate period and click on the Kelley Book button. 6. Select additional equipment and Book Vehicle. 7. The Status bar in the Book Values section will change to read The book value is generated and the status changes to Verified.

AutoCheck vehicle reports allow the dealer to: View a vehicle s true history and discover any other undisclosed problems, such as title brand records and prior accidents. Buy and sell with the assurance that every report is backed by Experian s AutoCheck Buyback protection. To run an AutoCheck report: AutoCheck Process 8. Select a car from the inventory. Double click your selection to open the Vehicle screen. 9. In the Vehicle screen, select the AutoCheck tab 10. Select Full Report or Summary. 11. AutoCheck field displays type of report and status.

6 Web Upload allows you to effortlessly upload your inventory to AutoTrader.com, Cars.com and ebay motors today s most popular automotive online marketplaces. Dealer Center DMS allows you to: Create ads by attaching photos to the vehicle information that you have already entered into DealerCenter DMS Simultaneously upload your vehicles to all three sites with a single click of the mouse Easily manage your ads from DealerCenter DMS. The listing is automatically removed from the web as soon as the car is sold To upload vehicles: Web Ad Upload Process 1. Select a car from the inventory. Double click your selection to open the Edit Current Vehicle screen for the vehicle selected. 2. Select the Web Ad Upload tab. 3. Select the website you would like to upload the pictures to by selecting the drop down list of websites. 4. Click the Add Photos icon and browse to the appropriate folder. 5. After adding all pictures pertaining to the vehicle. Click Upload. 6. To remove photos, click Remove. NOTE: Place the mouse over the picture for additional options.

7 Dealer Websites is an instant solution for increasing the online presence of any used car dealership. Dealer Website Process Conduct the following steps to demo a Dealer Website: 1. Access www.nowcom.com Our Dealer Websites allow you to: Upload cars to your online showroom using DealerCenter DMS s Web Ad Upload feature Customize your website with multiple templates and colors Import leads from your website directly into DealerCenter DMS for easy follow up 2. Click on Dealer Websites located on the right hand side. 3. Click where it reads See demo site. A demo dealer site will be generated, allowing you to demo the features to the dealer.

8 Dealer Center DMS is fully integrated with the major credit bureau agencies. Our Customers module allows you to: Print plain paper credit applications Run instant credit reports with Experian and TransUnion Scan & attach copies of the driver s license, insurance, etc directly to the customer s file Set appointments and call back dates for customers Credit Reports Process Conduct the following steps to add a customer and run a credit report: 1. Select Add New Customer from the Customers menu. 2. Enter required customer information. You may also use Dealer Center as a CRM (Credit Management System). 3. Click Action & choose desired credit report. 4. Print credit application. 5. Print credit report.

9 Nowcom has partnered with Experian to offer Precise ID through Dealer Center DMS. Precise ID is a fraud management platform that allows you to verify the identity of your potential customers at the time of purchase. Precise ID allows you to: Maintain compliance with the Federal Red Flags rule requirements Reference potential customers against multiple databases, including: o Cross industry credit application data o Fraud Shield consumer credit data o Automotive & property ownership data To run a Precise ID report: Precise ID Process 1. Add a new customer from Customer Menu or open an existing customer. 2. Select Run Precise ID Report from the Action menu. 3. Have the customer and the Precise ID questions. 4. Click on Print to print out a Precise ID report

10 Work Deal Process Working deals with your customers can be difficult at times, but working deals with your DMS should be simple. Dealer Center s user friendly design allows you to effortlessly create, structure, and close your deal in a matter of minutes. Our goal is to help you spend time working with your customers, not fighting your DMS. Create your deal and calculate payments with a few clicks of the mouse Use our innovative Rollback design to structure your deals according to specific payment, term or finance amount Print plain paper contracts and forms provided by Bankers Systems To create a deal: 1. Select Start New Retail Deal from the Work Deal menu. 2. Select Buyer and Vehicle from your existing information or add new by using the dropdowns. 3. Structure your deal manually or by using the Auto Structure feature. 4. Print all your contracts and forms by selecting Print. You can choose to print dot matrix forms (Contracts and Forms) or plain paper/laser forms (Bankers Systems Forms). 5. Select Save to close out your deal.

To Start a Westlake deal, select Start Work Deal Wizard from the Work Deal menu. You can also start a Westlake deal by clicking on the ad. 2. Enter customer information.

12 Westlake Deals Continued 3. Run a credit report 5. Review approval and deal structure 6. Electronically submit the deal to Westlake by clicking the Action button and Submit Deal. 4. Select vehicle from Inventory or add a new vehicle 7. Print your paperwork. 8. Save the deal as Sold when completed.

13 Nowcom has partnered with Knight Management Insurance Services to provide instant insurance coverage through Dealer Center DMS. KMIS Binders provides the ability to: Instantly add a binder as you structure your deal with guaranteed approval Choose from one of four terms: 4 day, 7 day, 14 day or 30 day binders o Cost for each binder is based on cash price of vehicle less dealer adds Insurance Binder Process To add an insurance binder to your Non Westlake deal: 1. Double click a deal within the Work Deal module. 2. In the Retail Deal screen, select the Action button and pick Add Binder from the list. 3. Complete any missing information and select the Liability and Material Damage limits. 4. Click Preview Certificate Info and enter the code provided to purchase a binder. 5. Click Submit and Print Certificate and provide a copy to your customer.

14 Dealer Center DMS provides an easy to use solution for tracking and managing a successful Buy Here Pay Here business. The BHPH function provides the ability to: Track incoming and outstanding payments Simple and flexible payment entry Late Fees calculations Automated due date calculations Customize own reports Generate customer letters/labels for payment reminders Print payment coupons, receipts, late and collection notices, etc. And more! BHPH Process To work a BHPH account: 1. Access the Work Deal module located on the bottom left hand side. Enter all deal information. 2. In the Retail Deal screen, select the appropriate lender by clicking on the arrow drop down for a list of lenders. NOTE: The dealership s name will appear as a lender for BHPH. 3. When satisfied with the deal, click on the Close icon. A drop down menu will appear. Click on Sold BHPH. This action will convert it to a BHPH account.

15 BHPH Process Continued To access BHPH accounts sold: 1. Access the Buy Here Pay Here module, located on the middle of the navigation bar. All accounts sold as BHPH will generate. 3. In the Buy Here Pay Here screen of the customer, a number of different functions may be conducted. Click on the Action icon for a list of possible actions. Click on the Make Payment icon to process an incoming payment. 2. Select the appropriate account by double clicking. A screen that reads Buy Here Pay Here for the customer s account will generate. The Payment screen will generate. Click Save. The Buy Here Pay Here is an easy to use module to help manage accounts!

16 Dealer Center DMS Report Writer allows you to manage your business with custom reports and heat sheets. With Dealer Center DMS you can perform: Completely customize the reports for Inventory, Customers, Deals or Buy Here, Pay Here, as per your needs Select the fields you want to see on your report Filter by the conditions you specify on the you have selected Sort and group by the fields you have chosen Show summary values (count, average, sum, etc.) Report Writer To create new Reports: 1. Select any module, ex. Inventory 2. Select New Report 3. Create a new Title and select desired items for report Follow the wizard until the report is complete
