What staff members are saying. Do you feel it is important to have an instructional technology leader present in your building or district? Yes- I don't have time to research these methods on my own. Yes, I have relied on the instructional technology leader for many problematic situation while trying to incorporate new technology in the classroom. ABSOLUTELY. Many teachers struggle to find ways to incorporate tech into their best lessons. I.T. leaders have clever & original ideas to make tech a part of those lessons.
