14 Assistive Technology Vision Our vision is to bring individualized technology into the classroom for every student, especially students with diverse needs, in order to ensure access, equity, and improvement of student outcomes.

22 Grant Beacon- SPED General How technology is a part of their learning Co-Teaching -station teaching Required to incorporate a blended learning elements using Moodle, in every classroom Blended Reading and Math supplements to the Core Instruction Full smartboad, document camera and sound systems in ALL classrooms All academic core subjects are flipped Online planning so special education teachers, interventionists and parents know exactly what is taught Special Education students have a 1:1 laptop and access to ipads Student accessing core reading material using Learning Ally, recordings of the classroom text book.

23 Grant Beacon- AN Center How technology is a part of their learning All academic core subjects are flipped allows access to the core when students are removed for behavior related issues Teacher can monitor all on-line activity in all sections of the school (allow to alternative locations in the building due to behavior related issues) Utilizes live time data feeds from general education teachers and paraprofessionals Full smartboad, document camera and sound systems in ALL classrooms Online planning so special education teachers, interventionists and parents know exactly what is taught Special Education students have a 1:1 laptop and access to ipads Live time data collection

24 Grant Beacon- MI Center How technology is a part of their learning Students in MI have a 3:1 technology that includes I pads, Chromebooks and some pc laptops (to learn all operating systems and for inclusive practices Utilized application for adaptive life skills (adapted electronic books, cash register application, skype, bus routes, etc.) Shifting AAC and other adaptive devices to multi-task devices (evaluation to determine if one device can be the AAC, switch device and learning tool) Student using a cash register application with credit card reader for the classroom business.
