COMPANY ABOUT US Retail Management Expertise was founded in 1996. Its five partners have over 30 years experience in the commercial and operational management of retail properties. The first major contract in Germany in the early 1990s was to plan, develop and establish all management structures for CentrO Oberhausen, which today continues to be Europe s largest retail and leisure project. Today, RME has a property portfolio spanning more than 1.4 million square metres, manages over 1000 leases and 40 properties, and has a total annual revenue of more than 160 million Euros. The now 35-strong team boasts unique expertise and long-time experience in managing and leasing commercial properties, particularly in the specialised areas of retail, gastronomy and leisure. Our internationally trained property and finance experts have excellent contacts to reputable investors, retailers and restaurateurs, both in Germany and abroad.
