Tenant is Netto Marken Discount AG & Co. KG with a 15-year lease. o Solarpark in Halle, Germany With a peak production of well over 2 megawatts, this photovoltaic production center is a significant investment opportunity. Daily power output information can be easily ac-

6 cessed online by investors. Despite adverse weather conditions, electrical generation was successfully initiated in December 2010, enabling us to secure an attractive initial return on investment. 9 Our Background A majority (75%) of Hoepfner BauInvest Plus GmbH & Co KG belongs to Hoepfner Bräu Friedrich Hoepfner Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbh & Co KG, which in turn is owned in entirety by the Family Hoepfner. The remaining 25% of BauInvest Plus is owned by TASC Bau AG in Halle, Germany. Following the sale of its brewery operations in 2004, Hoepfner Bräu is now active in property and real estate management, concentrating on mixed-use projects. Our areas of emphasis are currently in the German cities of Karlsruhe, Heidelberg, Konstanz, Freiburg and Berlin. The flagship property is the historic Hoepfner-Burg ( castle ), located in the center of Karlsruhe s eastern city area. Here, alongside the functioning brewery and malt works, are numerous restaurants, offices, apartments, and the Alte Malzwerk, a business center specializing in media and service providers.
