First Time Entering Freshmen Making your Payments If you wish to stay on-campus, please be sure to pay both your Housing Deposit and Housing Application Fee for the semester you will be staying. You can make this payment through your student ebill in MyCharleston under the Academic Services tab.

Then select Open my ebill account. Under the ebill screen, select the Deposits tab and the semester you are applying for. Note: If you are applying for the entire Academic Year, you only need to pay the Fall Housing Deposit and Fee Select the Housing Application Fee from the dropdown list.

Make your payment of the Housing Application Fee, and then repeat the steps to pay the Housing Deposit. Both the Housing Application Fee and Housing Deposit must be paid to sign up for on-campus housing. These fees are not required to sign up for a meal plan.

4. Meal Plan Selection As a First Time Entering Freshmen, students are required to get a meal plan if they are staying on campus. 5. Housing Contract In order to sign up for housing, you must read and agree to the contract. If you are under 18 years of age at the time you reach this step, you will be asked to have your parent or guardian sign and mail or fax the contract. In many cases, the room location may be preferred over remaining with desired roommates, so we give all students the option to specify which they would prefer more.
