Closing Exercise/Discussion Given our discussion today, what next steps will you take back to your institution? With whom can you connect to begin or continue the conversation about pre-college programming at your institution? How can you utilize technology to enhance your pre-college pipeline? How can you utilize technology in general to streamline the work you are doing? What resources are already available, and what additional resources will you need? What data points are important to collect and track consistently either to make the case for programming or to assess progress?
